1. Cheeseburger and bacon

Regardless of the establishment, no matter how you do it: a red meat burger, mixed with bacon and cheese will contain lots of calories and saturated fat. What happens with these alternatives, which sadly are the ones they crave the most, is that most are well over 500 calories and contain 3/4 or more of the amount of saturated fat that you should consume in a whole day. In such a way that not only its saturated fat content becomes worrying, they are very rich in sodium, which is related to alterations in the blood pressure levels and fluid retention. In fact mmany options often contain more than half the amount of daily sodium limits, as is the case with Hardee’s Monster Angus Thickburger. That burger has almost half a kilo of beef, four strips of bacon and three slices of American cheese with mayonnaise.

2. Breakfast tray

In previous occasions we have talked about the importance of breakfast, which is considered the most important meal of the day and in large part it is because sets the tone for the rest of the day. So ordering a fast food breakfast will never be a healthy option, especially considering that many fast food restaurants offer some kind of combination of eggs, meat, potatoes, bacon and pancakes. The result is a breakfast completely unbalanced and caloricor, they contribute between 800-1000 calories in a single tray Almost half of the daily requirement! Between the worst optionss is found McDonald’s Big Breakfast (with Hotcakes and Biscuit), this dish includes: hot bread, scrambled eggs, french fries, sausage, butter, pancakes and a piece of biscuit. It represents just the clear example of what we should not have breakfast, it provides 1,340 calories. Just for breakfast!

3. Coffee drinks

We tend to think that drinks do not contain “So many calories” and for years we’ve been used to drink coffee of the ways less healthy that exist. While coffee is associated with great therapeutic properties, fill it with sugar and saturated fats will only affect your health. Those oversized coffee drinks, especially those with caramel or mocha flavor or are they made with whole milk, tend to be very dense in calories and added sugar. That just makes them one disastrous combination, may vary by fast food restaurant but roughly can contain between 600 and 800 calories; almost the value of the recommended intake of Saturated fats for one day and worst of all They contain more than 50 grams of sugar! For the days of craving when you want to treat yourself, adapt your drink and make it a healthier option: opt for the smaller size, ditch the whipped cream, request a light sweetener, and choose a low-fat milk. So you know iced coffee Butter Pecan Swirl with skim milk Dunkin It is one of the worst you can ask for. Don’t be fooled by “skim milk”, is a drink that contains 680 calories, saturated fat and sugar in excess.

Clear for many uA salad may look like a safe bet to respect their weight loss goals, but with fried chicken, croutons and a creamy dressingor, these salads may have more calories than even a hamburger. So it’s not that surprising find a fast food salad what’s wrong with it more than 500 calories, additionally provides 10 grams of saturated fat and also contains added sugar. 5. Sub Sandwiches

This type of sandwiches have the peculiarity of measure between 6 and 12 inches, so depending on the size and the ingredients they contain, they can contribute 500 to 1000 calories. In particular the Italian sub-sandwiches, in particular, can easily exceed the 1,000 calories in a sandwich. For example: the chicken fillet sandwich with cheese of Jersey Mike in White bread just not acceptable, since contains 1,850 caloriesyes and three times the amount of sodium of the daily consumption allowed. May this never come out of your mouth! | The State

Beyond being thoughtful, loving and a good lover with your partner, there is something that many women do not know about men in order to maintain a healthy relationship.

I mean certain expressions that you should never say because inadvertently you can hurt their ego to the point of destroying the relationship. Take a look at the three expressions that should never come out of your mouth:

1.Don’t flatter someone else in front of him: Your man wants to be the best for you and needs to feel that there is no one like him before your eyes. His obsession with wanting to be the hero in your life goes so far as to be bothered by any comment that may suggest that there is another man more handsome, smarter, more successful or more talented than him, because in his mind he hears: so I don’t mind talking about other men in front of you. “

2. Don’t comment on any past sexual experiences: A man is not interested in knowing your sexual past in the least. No matter how confident you are, this issue is something that bothers you. He doesn’t want to think that there is another individual with whom you have enjoyed sexually more than him.

3. Criticize him in public: When something bothers you, discuss it in private. Any criticism, no matter how insignificant, is going to hurt you, especially if it is in front of others. So if you are going to point out one of his flaws or bad behavior, make sure you don’t do it in front of anyone.

From something as simple as telling him that his shirt is wrinkled, to close his mouth when he eats or that he has no rhythm to dance, to something as serious as commenting that you cannot bear a relative. Anyway, avoid saying any comment that even hints that he is not the ideal man.

You might never lose your keys again thanks to handy new Samsung phone feature

Samsung has launched a new gadget that could stop you ever losing your keys again.

It has today confirmed rumours of its hotly-anticipated ‘Galaxy SmartTags’.

The GPS tags priced at £29 can be attached to your most valuable items – like your house keys or a pet with a habit of running away – and tracked using your phone’s bluetooth.

Samsung fans have been eagerly awaiting the tags, which are also designed to use other people’s smartphones nearby to trace lost items once activated.

So if you were to, say, lose your bag on a bus – SmartTags would use other people’s phones with the app SmartThings Find downloaded to track the tag as it speeds away out of your phone’s range.

The brand unveiled the bluetooth tags today by showing how it could be used to track a missing dog.

What would you use SmartTags to track? Share your thoughts in the comments below…

Galaxy SmartTags can even be attached to your dog

Pet owners can clip the tag to their pet’s collar – and if little Fido goes missing, his location can be pinpointed using Samsung’s existing app SmartThings.

The brand is marketing the tags as a way to track your most treasured possessions, and syncing the items’ locations to Samsung phones.

The tags come in a range of colours to match the new Samsung S21, S21+ and Ultra smartphone line unveiled today.

The colour themes includes Phantom white, violet, grey and pink.

And the SmartTags also come in black too.

So far, Samsung UK is offering black and oatmeal SmartTags on its site only.

Samsung’s new Galaxy SmartTag tracker uses your phone’s bluetooth to find your lost keys

The brand is marketing the tags to track everyday items – like your laptop, bag, or keys.

But expect to see some light-hearted shenanigans once they are launched -and some questions around privacy too.

How long do you think it will take before users will test out track their spouses, or kids?

Samsung launched the new product on Thursday as it showed off its new Galaxy S21 phone and latest ear buds, the Galaxy Buds Pro, at its first Unpacked event of 2021.

It is the first major smartphone launch since rival Apple launched the iPhone 12 range late last year.

The SmartTags release sees Samsung pip Apple in the race to produce an everyday bluetooth-operated tracker.

Apple’s AirTags are said to have been in the works for years, but the product has not yet dropped.

GalaxyTags come hot on the heels of the success of Tiles – which some of you may already be familiar with.

Samsung presents a visual of four colours of its new Galaxy SmartTag tracking devices
The SmartTags come in a range of colours

Tile’s bluetooth accessories clip to other items so they can be tracked down if your phone is in range.

Users who have lost their device can search for the Tile using their smartphone, triggering the tag to play a loud tune.

If its out of range, it calls on an anonymised network of Tile users’ phones to help track the missing item.

So if someone with the Tile app goes past your missing item with the tracker attached, it will ping back their location to your phone so you can get hot on the trail.

The new Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra
The new Samsung range features Galaxy Ear Bud Pro too

The latest tech is very much in the vein of Apple’s now vintage Find my iPhone service, that allowed users to login and track lost and stolen devices.

But the tags, which Samsung will be hoping prove popular with the forgetful Average Joe smartphone user, expands on the idea by allowing tags to be attached to any item the owner holds dear.

So what would you attach yours to?

As WandaVision arrives, Marvel Studios is about to enter a never-ending cycle

If Marvel Studios has its way, people will get a new entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe nearly every week.

Everything starts with WandaVision. Marvel’s new nine-episode show, which follows Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany’s Vision living out an absurd suburban life in an alternate universe, kicks off on January 15th. Two episodes will premiere, with new episodes releasing every week for the rest of the season. Just two weeks after WandaVision ends, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will arrive. It’s then three weeks until Black Widow hits theaters (unless it’s delayed again) and Loki lands on Disney Plus. By the time Loki ends, it’ll be time for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

You get the picture.

Before Disney Plus launched, Marvel Studios solely worked on films. Television shows fell under Marvel Entertainment’s separate TV division. This includes the Netflix suite of series (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage), shows on Hulu (The Runaways), and ABC titles like Agent Carter and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. It’s what kept the Marvel Cinematic Universe separate from everything else, even if those events were referenced. When Disney Plus came along, everything got shuffled. Disney needed new Marvel shows to bring in subscribers and keep them (like The Mandalorian did). Jeph Loeb, former head of Marvel TV, was effectively ousted as everything came under Marvel Studios chief and MCU architect Kevin Feige.

Under Feige, the MCU is now expanding. The various shows and films will interweave with one another. WandaVision will feature characters from Thor, Ant-Man, and Captain Marvel and will connect somehow to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. While former Disney executives told The Verge that viewers won’t need to watch every movie or show to keep up, the strategy is designed like comics — references made to events that happened elsewhere that fans may want to watch to understand the full context.

Depending on people’s opinions of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, having a new Marvel thing each week is either a blessing or a curse. The question is when does it tip into oversaturation? Some people may feel like we’ve hit that point. While studios and networks are making more movies and TV shows than ever before (including outside the superhero genre), few things dominate the box office and conversation like Disney properties, most notably Marvel and Star Wars. Ushering in a never-ending wave of Marvel TV series, on top of three or four films a year, could be what tips the world over into total franchise fatigue.

Except it likely won’t. Franchise fatigue is a popular phrase that gets thrown around, but it’s ultimately flawed. Superhero movies remain some of the biggest box office successes that drive people to theaters at a time when US audiences are, on average, attending fewer movies a year. In China, Marvel movies remain some of the best performing films made by US studios, and the Chinese box office is the second largest box office demographic. This isn’t to imply that Marvel movies are the be all, end all of film (far from it), but mainstream audiences aren’t tired of them. Prior to Infinity War and Endgame, entries like Black Panther and Captain Marvel drove some of the MCU’s largest successes — and those were new characters within the MCU, not Captain America. The audience demand hasn’t disappeared.

Marvel Studios and Disney’s more pressing concern isn’t franchise fatigue — it’s trust. Think about Star Wars. With the exception of Solo, each Star Wars film released over the last five years has performed exceptionally well, but critical opinion of the films has soured. People argued The Force Awakens is just a remake of A New Hope, The Rise of Skywalker is consistently dunked on, The Last Jedi sits at the center of its own ongoing debate, and Solo feels like two movies mashed into one messy affair.

Productions were plagued by directors and writers being fired, with Disney rushing to get out a Star Wars film a year, leaving little room for proper rewrites. Disney arguably lost the trust from fans over its ability to make consistently good Star Wars movies — or, as analyst and venture capitalist, Matthew Ball, says, it’s “accrued disappointment.” Disney tried to rush everything. It didn’t seem like there was a 10-year plan for Star Wars. Marvel Studios’ greatest asset is that Feige was able to archetype what the universe should look like. It’s not exactly quality over quantity — they keep making more MCU movies every year — but quantity without losing the overarching story thread.

Ironically, Star Wars also points to how having more Marvel can still work. Like Rogue One before it, The Mandalorian succeeds because it’s familiar but stands on its own. It’s obviously Star Wars, and there are enough references to key Star Wars figures and moments that diehard fans can dig into the nitty-gritty. It’s also new and unique enough, however, to not feel like a rushed entry in a universe that generates a ton of money for Disney. The Mandalorian’s creators, Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, were given time to figure it out.

By all accounts, WandaVision is in the same boat. The characters are familiar, but the show is so different from anything within the MCU that it hopefully feels entirely refreshing. Keeping people’s trust and avoiding accrued disappointment is playing to streaming’s opportunity. Experimentation should be encouraged. If it works, the opportunity for success and ongoing profitability has no ceilings.

If it doesn’t, it’s more forgivable on a streaming service, where people are paying monthly for new content on top of their favorite films and TV shows. It’s not the same as paying $10 or more for a movie ticket or tens of millions of dollars in losses for Disney. Reserve safe bets for big, splashy tentpole movies that more than return on the original investment and marketing campaign; experiment on Disney Plus where people are looking for something to satiate their appetite.

Streaming’s main pitfall is thinking because there’s a monthly demand from subscribers that speed is a priority. Consistency is, but consistency also means quality and originality — especially with properties like Marvel and Star Wars. The stakes are higher; there’s a precedent for great, a precedent for awful, and a hungry fan base that will only accept sub-par movies or TV for so long.

The good news is that Marvel Studios just needs to keep doing what it’s already doing. Feige — an architect who designs Marvel storylines a decade in advance, figuring out how to make a giant universe feel tangible and new — is now in charge of ensuring that same level of attention gets applied to the Disney Plus world. We’re about to enter a period where there will constantly be a new piece of Marvel Studios content. It sounds exhausting — but it doesn’t have to be.

Rohit Bose Roy: I’ll never say no to TV, I had made that mistake once and it went against me

Rohit Bose Roy has no qualms in accepting that he is a “TV product” and has immense respect for the medium that gave wings to his acting aspirations. Thus, the actor says there is no reason he would say no to TV ever.

“TV has made me, and I can never deny its contribution to my career. Whatever I’m today is because of my show Swabhimaan,” he continues, “Even when I was doing all these big films, some of my friends used to shy away from TV saying, ‘Nahi yaar, lighting achhi nahi hoti, such garish sets, you don’t look good’. But, I never thought on those lines. Every medium has a different demand, you’ve to melt into the medium.”

The actor, whose last TV show was Sanjivani, believes that no actor is bigger than the medium and he doesn’t enjoy when comparison between mediums is made.

“I’ll continue to do TV. I won’t quit any medium. I’ve made that mistake once in my life during the Shootout at Lokhandwala (2007). I had said I might not do TV for a while and everyone took it to heart and it went against me,” recalls the actor, who has done films such as Paltan (2018), Kaabil (2017), Fashion (2008).

Having spent 20 years in showbiz and worked in TV, theatre, web and films, Roy has always put efforts in choosing stories that help him grow as an artiste. He’ll be seen next in Sanjay Gupta’s Mumbai Saga besides a web series.

“My character needs to drive the project, otherwise why am I doing it? I’ve to live to my reputation and the audiences’ expectations. In any way, this isn’t an easy place to survive,” says the actor hinting at the ongoing discussions around biases in Bollywood.

“Given my over 25 years run in the industry, I’m an insider by default. I have good friends, who don’t treat me as an outsider. But, I consider myself an outsider. I don’t believe in groups and have never been part of any camp. I agree opportunities that an insider gets, an outsider does not,” he concludes.

“Yeah, pray it’ll be over sooner than later ’cause this is just really depressing,” Kendall answered, to which Khloe replied, “It is, right?”

Khloe first revealed she had COVID in the Oct. 29 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She tested positive for it in March, and the episode showed her and her family’s reactions to the news. “Just found out that I do have corona,” Khloe said while in bed on the show. “I have been in my room. It’s gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple days.”

She also talked about her symptoms, which included “vomiting, shaking and hot and cold flashes” along with extreme headaches. “I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache,” she said. “I wouldn’t say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I would cough.”

She made sure to not downplay the virus during her concluding statements but also gave viewers hope. “Let me tell you, that s**t is real. But, we’re all gonna get through this,” she said while assuring fans of the show that “we’re all gonna be ok” if everyone follows the correct protocols, and signed off by saying, “May God bless us all.”

‘Cobra Kai’s Mary Mouser & Peyton List: Why They Think Sam & Tory’s ‘Rivalry’ Will Never Be ‘Over’

The fight between Samantha and Tory is still on after ‘Cobra Kai’ season 3. HL spoke EXCLUSIVELY with Mary Mouser and Peyton List about why their characters won’t be friends any time soon.

If you thought there was a chance Samantha and Tory could bury the hatchet by the end of Cobra Kai season 3, think again. The tension between these two characters is still at an all-time high. After their nasty school fight at the end of season 2 where Tory slashed Sam’s arm with her spiked wrist collar, the ladies faced off again in the Cobra Kai season 3 finale. Just like Tory told Sam after their fight was broken up, Peyton List doesn’t think this fight is finished whatsoever.

“I don’t know if it’ll ever be over,” Peyton told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY during the Netflix show’s virtual press junket. “I think someone asked us the other day. They go, is this going to be a 30-year feud? Just like Johnny and Daniel? And I’m like, I think maybe. I think there will always be more with these two. I mean, who knows, these writers always surprise me. That’s what I love so much about this show is that when I read the script I’m genuinely eating it up. I’m so curious what’s going to happen because I think there’s such hardcore Karate Kid fans. They have so much love for it that it’s always shocking.”

Johnny and Daniel have now put aside their rivalry to take down Kreese. This may signal hope for Samantha and Tory, but Mary Mouser is all about the feud. “I like the rivalry,” she said. “I think it’s fun. I think it’s fun to have that kind of, not even just anger or like grudges, but just that passionate blind focus of like, this person is the reason that my life is whatever it is right now. And I have to fix it. I have to take it out on them. Whatever it is, I think it’s super fun.”

However, Mary admitted that if Samantha and Tory ever teamed up it would be “catastrophic for everybody else. It is a lot of power there, but I think it’s it’s fun to watch them butt heads instead.”

Peyton revealed that it would take a lot for Sam and Tory to ever forgive each other and move on. “They have the same boy in common, the whole school fight, Tory feeling like she was cheated on, all of these things,” Peyton said. “I feel like it’s just really hard. You have to be a really big person to forgive all of that past and to see Tory be able to forgive and do that would be pretty big. So I just think about all the things that have happened, and it’s really hard.” Cobra Kai season 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
