Teen Mom OG’s Cheyenne Floyd Reveals Why She’s ‘Scared’ To Watch The ‘Emotional’ New Season

Cheyenne Floyd EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife what makes this upcoming season of ‘Teen Mom OG’ different than the rest — and why she’s nervous to see these ‘changes’ on the small screen.

The new season of Teen Mom OG premieres tonight on Jan. 26, and Cheyenne Floyd is nervous to see what exactly made it on screen. From a pregnancy to a new relationship to, of course, the pandemic, the MTV star dealt with back-to-back major life events — and the many emotions that came with them — that were all captured on camera.

“I just think this season is emotional for me — it was hard on all of us to film for those weeks just straight with COVID,” Cheyenne EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife ahead of the Teen Mom OG premiere, as she looked back at her experience of filming the show in 2020. “And then, actually, you know, having the crew here 24/7. Basically, it was a bit. It was a lot of changes.”

Another big change was Cheyenne’s pregnancy, which she just announced a little over a month before the season premiere. “And then on top of that, I found out I was pregnant in my first trimester. It wasn’t easy,” Cheyenne admitted about her second pregnancy, which the MTV camera crew also documented.

So filming throughout that and they had to witness, you know, my ups and downs and my random breakdowns, and they’re asking me why I’m crying. And I have zero reason as to why,” Cheyenne said. With that said, the soon-to-be mother of two told us, “So it’s gonna be interesting for me to watch [the new season]. I’m kinda scared to watch it.”

This season, fans can also expect to see the process of Cheyenne reuniting with Zach Davis, whom she is expecting her second child with (and their first together). Cheyenne admitted that it was “definitely a shocker” that they found their way back to one another. “It was definitely a shocker for me at least. I wasn’t expecting that to happen the way it did and just so quickly and stuff,” she teased. “But we have a lot of history between us in between our families, and we also have a lot of support from my family. We’ve been making it work this time. He doesn’t have a choice. Now.”

Before Cheyenne and Zach’s romance was confirmed in Oct. 2020, though, Cheyenne’s relationship status was still up in the air — so her ex, Cory Wharton, asked her about it in the season trailer that dropped on Jan. 19! Cory kept poking at Cheyenne to reveal if she has a “boo,” and Cheyenne also gave an update about her co-parenting relationship with The Challenge star as they raise their three-year-old daughter, Ryder Wharton, together.

Tune into the Teen Mom OG season premiere at 8/7 Central p.m. on MTV!

Ana De Armas Reveals What Ben Affleck Loved About Visiting Her Home In Cuba In Pre-Breakup Interview

In an interview conducted before her split from Ben Affleck, Ana de Armas gave a small but rare insight into the pair’s relationship.

Ana de Armas brought Ben Affleck to visit her hometown in Havana, Cuba, and he came back with some souvenirs! Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, Ben was spotted wearing t-shirts from Cuba on more than one occasion, and in a new interview with The Sunday Times, Ana admitted that he was “obsessed” with the tees. “Every time we go, he buys the whole store,” she joked in the interview, which was conducted before the pair split earlier this month.

Back in March 2020, Ben and Ana were spotted spending time in Cuba, which is when fans began to suspect that they were more than just friends and co-stars. However, Ana’s comment in the interview hints that she took her man home on more than one occasion. It’s unclear when their other trips to Cuba occurred. Meanwhile, Ana confirmed that she also has a bunch of t-shirts like Ben’s, but said that she “use[s] them more at home,” rather than while out and about.

Ana and Ben met while filming their movie Deep Water, which is due to premiere later this year. They were together for nearly a year before their breakup. Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, Ben and Ana were practically inseparable, and she spent time with his three kids, who he shares with Jennifer Garner — Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 8 — as well.

Although the split was reportedly amicable, Ben and Ana were simply at different places in their lives, according to Page Six. Once coronavirus quarantine regulations were lifted and Ben and Ana were both busy with work again, their relationship “changed,” the paper reported. Plus, Ben is extremely focused on his family, while Ana wants to start a family of her own. “They are just in different places,” Page Six’s source explained.

Now that Ben and Ana are broken up, they’re both putting their energy into their respective work projects. In addition to her role in Deep Water, Ana will play a Bond girl in No Time To Die in 2021. She’s also starring as Marilyn Monroe for a Netflix biopic. Meanwhile, Ben will appear in Justice League and The Last Duel, as well.

Declassified CIA document reveals US spies believed Russians had perfected extra sensory perception

Declassified CIA file reveals US spies believed that Soviet doctors had ‘perfected’ Extra-Sensory Perception in the 1980s and could transmit thoughts and feelings to subjects

  • An April 1991 memo detailing Soviet ESP experiments has been declassified
  • The memo was released in November and published online on Monday
  • It shows how CIA agents believed Soviet scientists were successful with ESP
  • The memo details several experiments in Siberia throughout the mid-late 1980s
  • Two scientists are mentioned as working on psychic techniques
  • Konstantin Buteyko ‘had perfected his method in the early 1980s’, the CIA state
  • Vlail Kaznacheyev was described as being ‘a well-known authority on ESP’

CIA officials believed that Soviet scientists took part in ‘several successful Extra-Sensory Perception (ESP) experiments’ in the 1980s, according to a recently-declassified document from the time.

The U.S. spies wrote in an April 1991 memo that they thought the Russians had made remarkable progress in understanding ESP – reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses, but sensed with the mind.

They reported back that one Soviet scientist, Konstantin Buteyko, ‘had perfected his method in the early 1980s’.

A second Soviet scientist, Vlail Kaznacheyev, was described as ‘a well-known authority on ESP’.

The CIA said Vlail Kaznacheyev, pictured, was 'a well-known authority on ESP'

Konstantin Buteyko (left) and Vlail Kaznacheyev were described by the CIA as ESP experts

The documents were obtained by John Greenewald, a researcher who runs the website The Black Vault and specializes in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

On Monday he published his latest finding: a CIA report, which was declassified in November.

The four-page report is a memo sent from the U.S. officials, looking both at Soviet research into the chemicals found in Agent Orange, and at ‘psychic medical treatment at USSR Clinical and Experimental Medicine Institute’.

In institute, IKIEM in its Russian acronym, was based in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk, the third largest city in Russia.

Buteyko, who died in 2003 aged 80, was the head of the Laboratory of Non-Traditional Treatment at IKIEM.

He is known for his research into deep breathing and asthma: according to the declassified document, he was also researching ESP.

Buteyko’s method, the CIA wrote, was one by which ‘a medical specialist attempted psychically to transmit bioenergy to patients to enable them to control or cure asthma, sinusitis, allergies, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary inflammation and heart disease’.

The U.S. spies noted that Buteyko ‘had perfected his method in the early 1980s’.

Volunteers would sit in the middle of a room, positioned between two concave mirrors, while the scientists tried from afar to ‘transmit psychic energy’ to the patient.

They believed the mirrors ‘focused psychic energy’.

The Americans wrote that, in the mid 1980s, two labs – IKIEM and a second one in Leningrad, now St Petersburg – ‘took part in several successful ESP experiments’.

Kaznacheyev, who the CIA described as being affiliated with IKIEM, and who is known for his work as a biologist, told the memo authors of work in which scientists ‘attempted psychically to relay to one another images of geometric shapes such as squares or circles’.

The memo concludes that Kaznacheyev did not say whether the Soviet military were interested in the research.

The CIA declassified the April 1991 memo in November in response to a FOIA request

The declassified document gives further context to the study of the USSR’s ESP experiments.

The Soviet fascination with ESP has been known about for decades: in the late 1960s Nikolai Khokhlov, a former KGB agent who defected to the West in 1954, spoke extensively about Russia’s experiments.

In September 1966 he told a conference, according to Atlas Obscura, how ‘in Soviet Russia considerable interest has been aroused in research in parapsychology.’

Khokhlov said Russian psychology made the people ‘specifically sensitive to matters relative to the mystical side of the human psyche’ and ‘to a world beyond the sober reality of sense.’

He then lectured the group about Russian scientists who had undertaken studies of ESP dating back to the late 1800s, telling them that the Soviet government actively encouraged such study.

Billie Eilish Reveals Why Her Team Got ‘Worried’ After Her Tank Top Paparazzi Pic Went Viral

For her ‘Vanity Fair’ cover story interview, Billie Eilish opened up about her team’s reaction to the singer’s viral tank top photo and her past ‘horrible body relationship.’

Billie Eilish, 19, looked back at the photo of herself in a tank top that set the Internet ablaze in her cover story for the March 2021 issue of Vanity Fair. Surprisingly, Billie revealed that it was her team who was more “worried” about the body-shaming the photo sparked in Oct. 2020, which came from trolls used to the pop star’s almost exclusively baggy wardrobe.

“I think that the people around me were more worried about it than I was, because the reason I used to cut myself was because of my body,” Billie admitted in her interview with Vanity Fair, which came out on Jan. 25. “To be quite honest with you, I only started wearing baggy clothes because of my body.”

Billie revealed that she has a healthier mindset when it comes to her body image now, though — which is why she could withstand the unkind comments from last fall. “I was really, really glad though, mainly, that I’m in this place in my life, because if that had happened three years ago, when I was in the midst of my horrible body relationship—or dancing a ton, five years ago, I wasn’t really eating,” Billie explained.

She went on to explain the extent of her past struggles with weight. “I was, like, starving myself,” Billie told the magazine. “I remember taking a pill that told me that it would make me lose weight and it only made me pee the bed—when I was 12. It’s just crazy. I can’t even believe, like I—wow. Yeah. I thought that I would be the only one dealing with my hatred for my body, but I guess the internet also hates my body. So that’s great.” She acknowledged that it seems like all women are subject to this body scrutiny, adding, “The internet hates women.”

This isn’t the first time Billie has reacted to the uproar that her tank top photo caused. In an earlier interview with Vanity Fair, conducted in Nov. 2020, Billie explained what she was doing when the viral photo was taken. “There’s this picture of me running from my car to my brother’s front door on like a 110 degree day in a tank top. And people were like, ‘Damn, Billie got fat!’ And I’m like, “Nope, this is how I look, you’ve just never seen it before!’ So that’s the most current [rumor],” she said during the video interview.

JoJo Siwa, 17, reveals she was ‘swatted’ at her $3.4M Tarzana mansion… after coming out as LGBT

YouTube sensation JoJo Siwa says she feared someone was inside her house after she was the victim of a swatting incident and LAPD officers swarmed her $3.4 million mansion – hours after she came out as LGBTQ+.

The 17-year-old influencer says she forgot to put on her shoes – but remembered her camera – as she and three others were ordered out of the home with their hands up in Los Angeles’ Tarzana neighborhood on Saturday.

Siwa later claimed ’50 police cars’ surrounded her house but, in the minute-long TRQFFIC video, only seven police cars and one firetruck were visible.

Siwa – who recorded everything – said: ‘My fear was that I thought somebody was in the house and I didn’t know about it. That’s what I was scared about! Or somebody like came to hide and they came through our backyard.’

Swatting, a criminal harassment tactic of deceiving 911 operators into sending a police to an address, has been a federal crime since 2015.

‘Never prank the police that is the most wrong thing to do. It’s very, very, very illegal,’ Siwa warned on her videographer Nate Javier’s Instagram Live that evening.

‘The people will get in trouble for whoever did that. They will get in a lot of trouble, possibly serve time. That’s what my security told me.’

It’s unclear who called the LAPD with a false threat.

‘The police were saying somebody had called and made a claim and then, all of a sudden, paparazzi came from around the corner,’ JoJo (born Joelle Joanie) accused.

Siwa then claimed the media swatted her because they were ‘very excited’ about her coming out as LGBT last week.

There is no evidence to support Siwa’s theory.

‘I love the support. However, you know, you could’ve just hung outside my house and I would’ve eventually come outside,’ said the Where Are You Christmas songstress, who was packing for a trip to Canada.

‘Those police could’ve had a much better time spent somewhere else actually helping somebody, instead of dealing with a fake claim from paparazzi.’

Gabourey Sidibe Reveals Secret Battle With Bulimia: The Eating Disorder Isn’t ‘Just For Skinny Girls’

Gabourey Sidibe has revealed that she battled the eating disorder bulimia. But for her it wasn’t about losing weight, as she used it as a mechanism to cope with anxiety and depression.

Oscar nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe has revealed that she turned to the eating disorder bulimia as a coping mechanism to deal with her heartbreaking depression. The 33-year-old appeared on Taraji P. Henson‘s Facebook Watch show Peace of Mind with Taraji on Jan. 25, alongside the actress’ best friend and co-host Tracie Jade. Gabourey explained that bulimia isn’t just for “skinny girls” and that it became a “control” mechanism to taper her mental health struggles, rather than just about solely about losing weight.

Taraji began by explaining how she always thought bulimia was a “while girl” problem. “What I found interesting is that if you are suffering with depression and you have low self-esteem, it can cause other disorders like Bulimia. Did you know that 50% of Black girls are more likely to be bulimic than white girls? Did you know that? I literally, it’s ignorant to say, but I thought bulimia was only a white girl plight, I honestly thought that.” Gabi then explained how she came to develop the eating disorder, as it became “the button” to stop her depression and anxiety.

“I did cry a lot in school, elementary, junior high, high school, but when the anxiety started coming full force as I am on my way to college, so like I would have to get to school early so I could really clean myself up, because I would be sweaty, I would be crying, my clothes would genuinely be wet with my tears. And one day I was crying so much and so hard I threw up. I just physically…I threw up, and the second I was done throwing up, my tear ducts dried, I wasn’t sweating anymore, I’d stopped crying and I thought ‘I found the button, this is it.’ I realized that if I throw up it’s going to stop what is going on,” Gabi told the ladies.

“It wasn’t about losing weight, it wasn’t about controlling my appetite, it truly was about how it stopped me from crying, it felt like I was controlling my emotions – I was not, I was out of control. I was getting worse. Being depressed is one thing, if you add an eating disorder to that, that’s a whole other monster that you have to fight,” the former Empire star revealed.

Taraji then asked her former co-star, “What would you say to 8-year-old Gabi who was scared of going outside, anxiety, depressed? What would you say to her today?” Gabourey gave the most heartbreaking answer, replying that, “I probably would really really wrap my arms around her and hug her, because she thinks she hates being touched but it’s just that no one touches her.”

Actress Gabourey Sidibe has opened up about her heartbreaking battle with bulimia. Photo credit: MEGA.

Gabourey the explained that her disorder didn’t have anything to do with her physical appearance. “I also think that bulimia is like, that’s just for skinny girls, like only skinny, skinny people but that’s not true because a lot of the time these eating disorders are not necessarily about weight, it’s not about appearance, a lot of it is about control,” she explained to the hosts.

“The weird thing about getting over an eating disorder is that it is not like crack – you can stop doing crack, it might be tough, but you can stop it and take crack out of your life. But you have to eat to be alive, and so for people with eating disorders, food may never not be a source of trauma. And so, it will never really be gone, but I would love to learn to do that,” she shared.

Fortunately Gabi has a lot to smile about rather than cry these days. She got engaged to her boyfriend Brandon Frankel in Nov. 2020, and and is madly in love with him. When announcing the big news via Instagram, the Precious star called Brandon, “The funniest man I’ve ever met. The sweetest human to exist. @brandontour made up a song for when i put my bonnet on at night. The second I look a bit stressed and overwhelmed, he jumps into action to take over what he can for me. Every moment with him is a joy.”

Avenue Beat Reveals A Refreshingly ‘Positive’ Message On ‘Woman’ After Saying ‘F2020’

Avenue Beat went viral on TikTok and music charts with their quarantine anthem, ‘F2020.’ Instead of releasing another rant in pop form, the girl group revealed why they did a 180 on their celebratory song, ‘Woman,’ that’s just as relatable.

Avenue Beat — made up of members Sam Backoff, Sami Bearden and Savana Santos — was presented with an difficult task going into 2021: create a song that everyone could “relate” to just as much as “F2020.” It was the ultimate F-You to 2020, inspired by Savana’s cat dying amid the pandemic, which currently has more than seven million views across TikTok and YouTube and cemented its status as an official viral hit with a spot on Top 40 radio. Simply put, everyone could agree that 2020 sucked. So, the three creative forces behind Avenue Beat turned to another universal truth for their follow-up single: women are, well, amazing.

“We’re like, trying to think of something else everyone can relate to. And then literally Savanna’s girlfriend walked in, and we’re like, that’ll work,” Sam EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife in a video interview on Jan. 15, the day their new single “Woman” dropped. While looking back at this moment of revelation, Sami chimed in to recall what they had all been thinking at the time: “Women: hot!” As their new song’s title suggests, the romantic track is a celebration of all women. “What’s more beautiful than a woman? Nothin’,” the chorus states, which is hard to argue with.

Sami added that such a message is “a universal opinion,” even “if you are not attracted to women.” This pivot from “F2020” to “Woman” — from a funeral to a celebration — was also a conscious effort on Avenue Beat’s part to focus on the more “positive” aspects of life.

The members of Avenue Beat, from left to right: Sami Bearden, Sam Backoff and Savana Santos. (Photo Credit: Delaney Royer)

“We’ve always written our frustrations out. So a lot of our music does turn into us just complaining about…life’s many issues…disappointments and crap,” Sami explained (case in point: another one of their popular songs, “i don’t really like your boyfriend,” which is as blunt as its title). She continued, “But we wanted to make sure that we didn’t, you know, pigeonhole ourselves into that lane and show that we can be positive, because these things should be celebrated. Women should be celebrated.”

What “Woman” and “F2020” do have in common, however, is the natural flow of dialogue that flows out of each song. The lyrics could be interchangeable with actual words exchanged between friends in any given conversation, because that’s exactly what’s happening when Avenue Beats gets together to write their songs. “It’s going into a room and having a conversation and the conversation becomes the lyric. So it’s pretty easy and nice,” Savana said.

It’s a creative approach that Sami, Savana and Sam have used since they were teenagers, after all meeting one another at a musical theater camp. Sam reminisced on being “each other’s only friends” in high school, convening in her dining room where they “would literally just write songs or do covers or whatever.”  Each step the creative trio took from there on out led to the explosive success that “F2020” eventually brought.

“And then we would play shows in our hometown,” Sam continued. “And eventually we played a show in Nashville and got connected there. And when we graduated, we moved here full time, and just like buckled down writing songs…once Savana started producing for us, I feel like we really fell into our sound. And then ‘F2020’ happened, and now here we are.”

The girls of Avenue Beat talk more about the beginnings of their music career in Nashville — which eventually led to their transition from country to pop– and more in the rest of their video interview with HollywoodLife above!

RHOD’s D’Andra Simmons Reveals Whether She’d Take A Phone Call From LeeAnne Locken After Friendship Fallout

‘RHOD’s D’Andra Simmons had a major friendship fallout with former cast mate LeeAnne Locken and she’s revealing how she feels about a reconciliation.

The Real Housewives of Dallas’ D’Andra Simmons, 51, and former co-star LeeAnne Locken, 53, had a lot of beef both on and off camera during season 4. But over a year later, is D’Andra open to answering a phone call from her former pal? “Probably not,” the Hard Night Good Morning beauty and Ultimate Living founder told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY during an episode of TVTalk on Instagram Live on Jan. 18. “I want to be honest because I am honest. I think that that ship has sailed,” she confessed.

D’Andra and LeeAnne were longtime pals before joining the cast in season 2 and 1 respectively. But things got messy when D’Andra questioned her former pal’s now husband, Rich Emberlin’s, faithfulness to LeeAnne. D’Andra apologized, but that wasn’t enough for LeeAnne to forgive her! D’Andra was excluded from LeeAnne’s wedding festivities, even though her co-stars urged her to accept it and move on.

The two then took it to social media where they continued to throw shade at one another and D’Andra is still having trouble moving past things. “For me, the reason is because of the persecution I endured on social media for 3 years,” D’Andra added. “And what I went through, there’s just no going back from that because a lot of the false narrative put out there about me really hurt me and it was very stressful. So that’s why.”

The Dallas based CEO can move past things, but she’s having trouble forgetting the feelings she has surrounding the situation. “It’s not that I can’t forgive,” D’Andra said. “I’m a Christian and the bible says to forgive. I can forgive her, but you also can’t be stupid and go back and put yourself in a situation where somebody can hurt you again.”

(Courtesy of D’Andra Simmons)

Despite her feelings on the future of their friendship, D’Andra respects the legacy that the Dallas OG brought to the table. “You never want to devalue what LeeAnne brought to the franchise,” D’Andra revealed. “She started from the beginning. She brought a lot to the franchise. She helped build this franchise. Her contributions can never be questioned because she gave a lot for 4 years.”

The Real Housewives of Dallas airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.

Ashley Biden Reveals How Her Late Brother Beau’s ‘Presence’ Made Dad Joe ‘Bawl’ Before His Presidency

Ashley Biden gave her first-ever television interview to George W. Bush’s daughter, Jenna, on the ‘TODAY’ show. She revealed how her late brother Beau ‘raised’ her and Joe up before their dad’s presidential win.

While Beau Biden passed away nearly six years before Joe Biden became the 46th president of the United States, Ashley Biden revealed that her late brother has still been with them in spirit. The First Daughter of the United States shared a bittersweet story of how she and Joe felt Beau’s “presence” amid Joe’s presidential campaign — and revealed how Beau would’ve reacted to their dad’s win — during her first ever television interview, which the TODAY show aired on Jan. 19.

“I remember when we were in South Carolina, things weren’t looking so great,” Joe’s daughter admitted while looking back at the South Carolina primary in Feb. 2020 that would make or break her dad’s run for president. While visiting, Ashley and Joe stumbled upon a “small community church,” where they were greeted by a surprise.

“And all of a sudden in this, like, small little church on the speakers is the song, [‘On Eagle’s Wings’],” Ashley revealed, referring to the song that reminded Joe of his lost son the most. “Dad and I looked and each other and started bawling, hugged, and we’re like, ‘This is Beau.’ And we’re like, ‘Beau did you have to raise up that far?’” The answer is yes, because Biden went on to win the South Carolina primary that put Barack Obama‘s former vice president in the lead of Democratic presidential candidates!

The interview, led by George W. Bush‘s daughter Jenna Bush Hager, was conducted before Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were inaugurated into office on Jan. 20. At the time, Ashley told Jenna that “Beau will be there” with her family as they watch Biden take his oath in front of the U.S. Capitol. Ashley added, “Oh, [Beau’s] so proud. He’s so, so proud. He’s so proud of dad.”

You can watch the rest of Ashley’s interview above to learn how she and her family reacted to Joe’s election win in Nov. 2020. Joe has since moved into the White House, and has already given the Oval Office a makeover (and got rid of Donald Trump‘s old decorations, including a button for Diet Coke).

Beau passed away in May of 2015 from brain cancer at the age of 46 (Ashley also pointed out the coincidence in their dad becoming the 46th president). At the start of his presidential campaign, Biden also opened up about his late son in an emotional interview on The View in April of 2019.
