Dancing on Ice star Billie Faiers finally starts renovating her £1.4M Essex home

TOWIE alum Billie Faiers and her husband Greg Shepherd are to begin renovations on their luxury Essex home.

The couple are planning to knock down the property they bought for £1.4million over a year ago and then build their new dream home.

Greg took to Instagram earlier this month to herald the big changes on the way, penning: “So finally next week after a year trying to get planning permission. Works will begin! Let’s do this! #allthegearnoidea #shepthebuilder.”

He had shared an image of himself in a high-visibility jacket and a construction helmet to show how well-prepared he would be.

According to Mail Online, Billie said: “The house is so old, whoever was going to buy it was going to have to renovate.

“There’s only one neighbour to the side of us and he had a lot of reasons as to why he didn’t want us to go ahead, but it was getting a bit silly in the end.”

Billie and husband Greg Shepherd have a daughter named Nelly and son Arthur. They have big plans for the family home.

The former TOWIE star also notes that the pressure has only just begun as they work on the renovations despite the “long journey” to get htere.

The publication reports that the planning application submitted to Brentwood Council notes there will be five bedrooms, with the master boasting a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Meanwhile, Billie and Greg’s children Nelly, six, and Arthur, three, will have their own play room, but so will Greg himself as the garage becomes a gym and games area.

The paramedics finally vaccinated

About 40% of paramedics in the Capitale-Nationale will finally be vaccinated after seeing their appointments canceled earlier this week.

Regional Public Health made the decision after a “complete overhaul” of the admission criteria for healthcare workers.

Vaccination of paramedics resumed Thursday at the end of the day and will continue over the next few days in Quebec.

“It’s a half-victory because there are still 60% of our workers who will still not be vaccinated, but we are happy with the reassessment that was made by the CIUSSS”, confides Frédéric Maheux, president of the union. .

250 doses

The CIUSSS explains that 250 paramedics will be able to receive a first dose. The selection was made on specific criteria. “Prioritization was done according to age and work area,” explains Annie Ouellet, spokesperson for the CIUSSS.

The establishment is also continuing to vaccinate other health workers in the “second priority group”. The 4800 doses received this week will continue to flow over the next few days.

“It will vaccinate Saturday and Sunday at ExpoCité”, specifies Mme Ouellet, adding that vaccination in an intermediate resource could begin next week.

As of Friday, 20,307 people had been vaccinated in the Capitale-Nationale.

On the South Shore, the CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches announced Friday the opening of four vaccination centers on its territory, either at the hotel L’Oiselière Montmagny, at the Georgeville in Saint-Georges, at La cache du Domaine de Thetford and at the Lévis Convention and Exhibition Center. These clinics will not open immediately, however, warns the CISSS.

“It won’t open for a few weeks and then it will be exclusively by appointment. We have to make the remaining priority groups before vaccinating the general population, “says Mireille Gaudreau, spokesperson for the CISSS.

A total of 10,279 doses of the vaccine have so far been distributed in Chaudière-Appalaches, according to provincial government data.

Stable balance sheet

As for Friday’s toll, despite a slight increase in new infections, the Capitale-Nationale region remained below 100 daily cases for the fourth time in five days.

90 new cases have been added to the results of the Quebec region. A total of 12 deaths are also added to the data, for a total of 864 since the start of the crisis.

On the South Shore, the Chaudière-Appalaches region is also experiencing a slight increase in new cases, with 76 tests declared positive on Friday.

In terms of deaths, three unfortunately add up to the regional toll, for a total of 232.

YouTube finally enables HDR support on Xbox consoles

YouTube is finally enabling HDR support on Microsoft’s Xbox consoles. The HDR support works across existing Xbox One S / X devices and new consoles like the Xbox Series X and Series S. As long as you have a TV or monitor capable of displaying HDR videos, the YouTube app will now automatically switch to output HDR content.

The YouTube app on Xbox has never supported HDR previously, despite HDR being available on the PlayStation 4 since 2019. Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X launched in November without YouTube HDR support, and it’s still not available on the PS5 yet — a step back from what was available on PS4.

Engadget notes you can confirm that HDR is outputting correctly from the YouTube app on Xbox by enabling the “stats for nerds” panel (see above). A lot of TVs will also display a HDR prompt or switch to a HDR mode when content is played.

Now we just need more HDR content to become available on YouTube. Some of the best HDR content on YouTube is still test videos that were uploaded years ago. We’re starting to see more trailers and videos come with HDR options, but the vast majority of creators don’t upload content with HDR.

Stassi Schroeder Finally Shares 1st Pic & Videos Of Her Newborn Baby Girl: ‘My Heart Is So Freaking Full’

Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark’s baby girl made her online debut! Stassi was ‘finally ready’ to share her first photo and videos of Hartford, shortly after Beau revealed their newborn baby’s face in an Instagram Story.

The spotlight is on Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark‘s newborn baby girl, Hartford. On the baby’s two-week-old birthday, which fell on Jan. 21, Stassi shared a photo and videos of their daughter for the very first time on her Instagram page. Hartford looked adorable as she snoozed away in her baby bed in one photo and video. Then, in the other two videos, the baby happily sucked on her pacifier.

Stassi also gave fans on what parenthood has been like for the Vanderpump Rules alum and her husband, Beau, ever since their first child arrived on Jan. 7. “Beau & I have spent the last couple of weeks enjoying every moment with our daughter. Every cuddle, every sound, every poop, all of it. It’s her two week birthday and I feel like I’m finally ready to share my little girl,” Stassi gushed in the post’s caption. She continued, “Meet Hartford Charlie Rose Clark, the best thing that’s ever happened to me. My heart is so freaking full. I can’t believe I get to keep her.”

While it was Harford’s first time making an appearance on Stassi’s Instagram page, the newborn actually made a quick cameo on her dad’s Instagram Story on Wednesday evening, Jan. 20. In the video, Beau cradled his daughter and said, while laughing, “That’s my first barf…little barf!”

Leading up to the big reveal, Beau also filmed Stassi as she breastfed their daughter on Jan. 17. The video was shot from afar, though, so you couldn’t see Hartford just yet. “Midnight Milk,” Beau had written over the clip. As you can see, the parents are smoothly adjusting to their new roles as parents: Beau revealed on his Instagram Story that they had also purchased a “one step baby food maker” from Baby Brezza.

Stassi announced her pregnancy through her rep on June 13, just three days after it was announced that she, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni were fired from Vanderpump Rules after various controversies surfaced. Stassi went on to tie the knot with Beau in a secret backyard ceremony in Sept. 2020, despite originally planning a grand wedding in Italy that couldn’t happen at the time due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Brazil finally launches COVID-19 vaccination

The Brazilian government finally kicked off a nationwide coronavirus vaccination campaign on Monday, with first injections in front of the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue that towers over the city of Rio de Janeiro.

• Read also: All developments in the COVID-19 pandemic

A nurse and an 80-year-old former homeless man were the first to receive a dose of the vaccine at dusk in Rio state, which has the country’s highest death rate with 151 per 100 deaths 000 inhabitants.

The states of Goiás (central-west) and Santa Catarina (south) also launched vaccinations on Monday, as Brasilia had just given the signal for a national campaign, two days earlier than expected, under pressure from the State of Sao Paulo which began to vaccinate on Sunday.

The country of 212 million people, the second most bereaved by COVID-19, has only six million doses. And this campaign starts several weeks after the other epidemic foci, the United States or Europe.

The logistical challenge is sizeable in this nation of continental dimensions where more than 210,000 Brazilians have officially died from the coronavirus – a figure greatly underestimated, according to specialists.

It was only on Sunday that the situation broke down, when Brazilian regulator Anvisa approved the emergency use of two first vaccines, China’s CoronaVac and Britain’s Oxford / AstraZeneca.

“After hearing the governors, we decided to distribute vaccines today even to the (27) states” of the Brazilian federation, which “can start vaccinating” immediately, announced Monday morning the Minister of Health Eduardo Pazuello.

The minister met with governors at Guarulhos airport, near Sao Paulo (south-east), from where 4.5 million doses of CoronaVac began to depart to the various regions of the country, the 1.5 million remaining being intended for the population of the State of Sao Paulo.

In the northern state of Amazonas, hit hard by the second wave of the pandemic and where the capital, Manaus, has deplored deaths due to a lack of oxygen in hospitals, the doses were expected Monday evening for a start of vaccinations on Tuesday.

“Historic moment”

“This is Brazil’s vaccine, not any governor’s vaccine,” President Jair Bolsonaro said from Brasilia.

A radical change in tone for the far-right leader, who had previously repeatedly decried “the Chinese vaccine of Joao Doria”, the governor of the state of Sao Paulo.

Potential rival of Mr. Bolsonaro for the presidential election of 2022, Mr. Doria hastened, Sunday, to organize an official ceremony, in front of the cameras, for the first vaccination in Brazil in his state, as soon as the CoronaVac was approved by the Anvisa.

“A marketing stunt,” reacted the Minister of Health, indicating that the national vaccination campaign would officially begin Wednesday. Before finally moving it to Monday, under pressure.

CoronaVac, produced by the Chinese firm Sinovac in collaboration with the Butantan Institute, under the supervision of the State of Sao Paulo, is the only vaccine currently available in Brazil.

More than 100 people were vaccinated in Sao Paulo as of Sunday, and local authorities hope to exceed 1,000 injections on Monday.

“This is a historic moment. I’ve been on the front line from the start, so I’m very happy to be vaccinated, ”said Cilede Lira, a nurse who received a dose of CoronaVac on Monday morning in Sao Paulo.

Export difficulties

The Butantan Institute on Monday filed with Anvisa an emergency use request for 4.8 million additional doses that require further authorization because they were bottled in Brazil.

For Christovam Barcellos, researcher at the Fiocruz benchmark institute, vaccination in Brazil “starts late and with an insufficient number of doses”.

According to him, Brazil has more than 16 million people supposed to be vaccinated as a priority (healthcare workers, the elderly living in retirement homes and the indigenous population), far more than the number of doses available.

The government has tried to negotiate the import from India of two million doses of the second vaccine authorized by Anvisa on Sunday, that of Britain’s AstraZeneca / Oxford.

Those doses were due to arrive last weekend, but the Indian government, which began a massive campaign on Saturday, has yet to give the green light.

In July 2020, HollywoodLife spoke EXCLUSIVELY with Justin’s longtime friend, singer Brian McKnight, 51, and he revealed the couple had welcomed a “new baby.” Justin and Jessica kept their second pregnancy a secret, but HollywoodLife was also able to learn EXCLUSIVELY from a source close to the couple that they welcomed their baby boy in summer 2020.

During his interview with Ellen, Justin admitted that having a second kid is a “lot of fun” but a lot of work. “I guess the saying goes [you] go from a zone defense to a man to man really quickly. Justin’s new movie, Palmer, will be released Jan. 29, 2021, on Apple TV+. The role is a dramatic turn for Justin after his voice role in the kid-friendly Trolls movies. However, the film was immersed in drama during production. Justin was spotted holding hands with co-star Alisha Wainwright, 31, while filming in New Orleans in Nov. 2019. Justin later addressed the situation via Instagram. He apologized to Jessica and admitted he had a “strong lapse of judgment” after he “drank way too much.” He added, “I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son.” Since the scandal, Justin and Jessica have been a united front and are turning the page on this chapter of their lives.

‘Below Deck Med’ Star Hannah Ferrier Finally Shares 1st Pic Of Fiance 2 Months After Engagement

After over two years as a couple, an engagement and a baby daughter, former ‘Below Deck Med’ star Hannah Ferrier has finally made her ultra-shy fiance Josh Instagram official with a sweet photo.

There he is! Former Below Deck Med Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier has been dating her boyfriend — now fiance — Josh Roberts since Oct. 2018. The 34-year-old has always said that he’s incredibly shy and wants to stay far away from the limelight, despite her being on one of Bravo’s most watched reality shows. Hannah finally made him Instagram official on Jan. 14, 2021, sharing a photo of the two new parents gazing at each other with the rolling hills of Sydney, Australia behind them.

“Okkkkkk…Here he is. Insta offical. Love you baby x,” Hannah captioned the photo. She even joked about how his gaze could be interpreted as a quizzical stare, adding in the comments, “PS This is how he looks at me about 89% of the time,” while she had a beaming opened mouth smile.

Sydney native Hannah had kept the handsome Scotsman under wraps for so long. Even when she announced her pregnancy on June 8, 2020, she still didn’t release Josh’s full name or a photo of the daddy to be. But once their daughter Ava Grace Roberts arrived on Nov. 2, 2020, Josh had been snapped in a few paparazzi photos of the new family together out and about in Sydney, so his cover had been blown.

Even on their Oct. 26 dating anniversary the past two years, Hannah has simply shared a photo of herself, along with a message to her man. For their second anniversary in 2020, the former Bravo star showed off a portrait of her next to the ocean while VERY pregnant. Hannah wrote, “2 year anniversary with my gorgeous man. Words can’t express how much I am looking forward to this next chapter,” as the caption. The year prior she shared an IG photo wearing a cute minidress while on a getaway and wrote, “1 year driving the same man crazy.”

The couple just got engaged on Hannah’s 34th birthday. She shared an IG post on Nov. 23, 2020 showing her flashing a diamond ring on her finger and writing, “And then there were three…and a ring” in the caption. Yet she STILL didn’t make Josh IG official until now.

In June 2020 amid her pregnancy reveal, Hannah did share that the couple met at a bar in Sydney in 2018, just after she’d arrived home from filming season four of Below Deck Med.  “He’s very private, he hates social media, so, that’s definitely something that I respect. It’s probably for the best. Like, I don’t think I could date someone that was fascinated with their Instagram and taking selfies and stuff,” Hannah explained to Bravo Insider. “He’s just very low-key.”

Finally, a doorbell for the pandemic era has announced a new device for anyone worried about visitors catching COVID-19 from, of all things, their doorbell. Rather than using a button, the Touchless Video Doorbell is designed to chime when its camera detects visitors standing on your doormat. claims this is the “first commercially available video doorbell that rings without requiring any contact,” and that its aim is to “reduce public health risks and make home visits and deliveries safer for all.”

In what seems to be an admission that this is quite a confusing way to ring a doorbell, there are instructions on how to ring the device printed on its front. is also selling a doormat accessory for the doorbell, which instructs visitors on where to stand so the doorbell can see them properly. Given how perplexed we found most delivery drivers were by Yale’s Smart Delivery Box, there’s a chance this touchless doorbell could create similar confusion.

Instructions on how to ring can be found on the doorbell itself…

… as well as the doormat accessory, available separately.

When’s doorbell detects a person, it plays a chime in the home, sends a notification to your phone, and starts recording a video clip. You can see and speak with visitors through the doorbell, and it also integrates with the rest of a home’s smart home security system, so it can trigger other devices like lights when a person is detected. Its camera is 1080p HDR, and it’s also equipped with infrared night vision.

It’s admirable that the main people to benefit from a touchless doorbell would be the delivery drivers who’ve become vital lifelines for people avoiding leaving their homes. But it’s not clear how much help a touchless doorbell could actually be.

The latest advice from the US’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is that surface transmission (like touching a doorbell contaminated with the virus and then touching your face) is “not thought to be a common way that COVID-19 spreads.” Instead, COVID-19 is thought to transmit from person to person most often when they’re in close contact with one another, which is something you don’t need a touchless smart doorbell to avoid.’s Touchless Video Doorbell is available now via the company’s network of installation partners. When asked, the company wouldn’t comment on exactly how much the system costs, but said the doorbell itself is priced at “under $200.”
