‘RHONJ’ Trailer: Teresa Giudice & Joe Gorga Engage In Epic Feud As Cheating Rumors Surface

The new trailer for season 11 of ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ features an intense yelling match between Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga, plus more drama for the ladies! Check it out here!

Things are about to get explosive! The Real Housewives of New Jersey trailer for season 11 debuted and there’s plenty for longtime fans of the Bravo series to look forward to. This season promises to be unlike any other, with accusations of infidelity, family drama, and plenty of yelling matches — notably between Teresa Giudice and her brother, Joe Gorga.

The trailer opens with an ominous exchange between Margaret Josephs and Melissa Gorga. “Everyone’s marriage can look absolutely perfect on the outside,” Margaret says, before Melissa’s voice can be heard saying, “But guess what? Things aren’t always what they seem.” At that point, Dolores Catania interjects, “Anyone can be a cheater.”

Cheating becomes a major theme of the season, and it looks like it’s the main conflict between Joe and Melissa. “Last night, the owner of the restaurant asked Melissa for her number,” Teresa says of her sister-in-law. “They’ve been texting all day,” her voiceover can be heard, as footage of Melissa looking at her phone and smiling from ear to ear is shown. But that’s not even the most intense part of the trailer!

Joe Gorga discusses his former brother-in-law on ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ season 11 [Bravo].

Following a tense conversation between Joe and Melissa, the season’s biggest yelling match comes at the end of the trailer — and it looks like it’s between Joe and Teresa! As its revealed that Joe Giudice, Teresa’s now ex-husband, has seemingly been talking about Joe Gorga behind his back, things reach a complete boiling point during a family dinner.

Teresa Giudice is totally shocked by what her brother says on ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ season 11 [Bravo].

“You’re going to defend him?” Teresa’s brother shouts at her. “F**k that piece of s**t. He put my mother in a f**king grave. Do you understand that?” It’s an incredibly tense moment between the two that leaves Teresa practically speechless. There’s so much more in store for the ladies of RHONJ, and fans don’t have to wait long to see everything play out in the upcoming season!

Mark your calendars, The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns to Bravo for its 11th season on February 17 at 9 pm ET.

Kaagaz trailer: Pankaj Tripathi is a dead man walking in Satish Kaushik’s film about a man’s fight against a piece of paper. Watch

Actor Pankaj Tripathi, the internet’s favourite dad, is the lead star of Satish Kaushik’s latest film, Kaagaz. The film tells the story of one Bharat Lal, who has been marked as ‘dead’ in the official government papers and is waging a war for reclaiming his identity.

Bharat, played by Pankaj, is desperate to be proven alive. He has a family, hopes and dreams for his future but his official dead status is not letting him realise any of it. He tries all he can to claim what is rightfully his. He asks the village sarpanch to sign the required documents, files a case in court and even renames himself as Bharat Lal Mritak (deceased) to get the country and the media’s attention. He even forms an alliance with all those who have been wrongly termed dead due to silly clerical errors.

Satish also plays an acting role in the film as Bharat’s lawyer. While the latter places a lot of trust in him, he may just not be as smart as he is pretending to be.

Talking about the film, Pankaj shared, “Kaagaz is a brilliantly written true story. It is quirky, black comedy and depicts common man’s humorous journey on identity crisis. My character will be quite different from some of my recent ventures and I am excited to be a part of such an inspiring story. This story needs to be heard and I am definite that ZEE5 will give it the reach that it deserves.”

Satish Kaushik said, “I remember reading about the story of Lal Bihari Mritak in the newspaper for the first time, I was intrigued and inspired with his journey , so I did a lot of research on the events that took place in his life Eventually, it felt to me like this story deserved to be told to the world and we could have not asked for a better production partner Salman Khan Films & than ZEE5 to showcase it. Now, it’s just a click away for the audiences. Block your date for 7th January 2021.”

The film has been produced by Salman Khan Films and will be out on Zee5 on January 7.

Priyanka Chopra debuts White Tiger trailer, father-in-law says ‘proud of my daughter-in-law’

The White Tiger’s trailer came out on Monday, with a sharp commentary on India’s deep class divide. The Ramin Bahrani film starring Adarsh Gourav, Priyanka Chopra and Rajkummar Rao is based on Aravind Adiga’s Man Booker Prize-winning book by the same name.

This is the second trailer of the Netflix film, after the first video dropped in October. A perceptive take on India’s class divide and one man’s fight to break out of the life of servitude, the film shows Priyanka and Rajkummar as a rich married couple, who return to India after living in the US for many years. Adarsh Gourav is their driver Balram Halwai, who has been conditioned for a life of servitude.

However, when he is forced to take blame for a crime he didn’t commit, he “uses his wit and cunning to escape from poverty and become an entrepreneur.”

The trailer received a lot of praise from audience. Priyanka’s father-in-law Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr. was among those who appreciated the trailer. “So excited to see this movie. Proud of my daughter-in-law,” he wrote. Priyanka’s husband, singer-actor Nick Jonas also shared his verdict on the trailer. Her Isn’t It Romantic co-stars Adam Devine and Rebel Wilson also shared their reactions. “Whoa. This looks great Pri!” Adam wrote while Wilson said, “This looks awesome!!”

Priyanka had earlier said about The White Tiger, “I’m so excited to work with Ramin Bahrani and Netflix to bring Aravind Adiga’s poignant story to cinematic life. When I read the book, I was fascinated with the perspective of the narrative. The story’s portrayal of raw ambition and the extent one will go to to achieve one’s goals is riveting. I look forward to filming this in India this fall, and also working along with Rajkummar for the first time and the wonderful cast Ramin is putting together.”

Shakeela trailer: Richa Chadha gives an honest account into the making of an adult star. Watch

The first trailer of Richa Chadha-starrer Shakeela is out. The over two-minute trailer gives an honest account of how a young girl from a modest Indian home is forced to become an adult star, but one who keeps her conscience clean, no matter who the adversary.

The trailer opens with news reports of legendary ’90s adult star Silk Smitha’s untimely death by suicide. Questions are raised as to who would fill the void. The next few montages establish Shakeela’s lower middle class existence and how she had no aspirations beyond marriage. However, fate had willed otherwise; the untimely death of her father leads to her family moving to the city to seek better lives. At one point her mother tell her – ‘iss shehr mein agar rehna hai toh mujhe sadak pe bikna hoga ya tujhe pardeh par (if we have to survive in this city then either I have to sell my body or you have to do the same onscreen).”

The next few montages give us a glimpse of Shakeela the temptress. Soon, we are introduced to Pankaj Tripathi’s character – the scheming, womanising super star with an eye for spotting nubile newcomers. Soon, all matters of politeness are thrown out of the window as her clout over the box office shows no signs of abetting. The trailer ends with Shakeela confronting Pankaj’s character Salim: ‘Maine joh bhi kia, khule aam kiya, purdeh ke saamne, kisi ko dhokha nahin dia. Kisi pe zabardasti nahin hai ki woh meri picture aa ke dekhe (Whatever I have done, I did it openly, I did so onscreen, I did not cheat anyone. No one was forced to watch my films.)”

Also read: Anil Kapoor realises his dream, says: ‘I wished that someday I could also post pictures showing off my biceps like people do’

Shakeela, for the uninitiated, was an adult star of the early 2000s, who worked primarily in the South Indian film industries. At one time, she seriously challenged the might of the biggest stars of the day. The movie will show the trails and tribulations of Shakeela’s life, who despite her conservative Muslim background rose to become a star in the adult film industry.

Apart from Richa and Pankaj, the film also stars Malayalam actor Rajeev Pillai. It has been directed by Indrajith Lankesh.

Twitter users have taken to social media in droves to poke fun at the trailer for Harry and Meghan’s new Spotify podcast.

The couple will produce and host their own shows as part of the newly formed Archewell Audio – starting with a ‘holiday special’ that ‘uplifts audiences around the world’.

It is not known how much the Spotify contract is worth, but the streaming service agreed a £75m ($100m) deal with US comedian Joe Rogan in May.

And social media users have been quick to point out the juxtaposition of the couple asking for privacy from the media before putting themselves in the spotlight.

The couple (seen in a talk from October) will produce and host their own shows, starting with a holiday special that will be released this month

‘Should have called it train-crash radio. Be prepared for more woke preaching and product placement.’

Another wrote: ‘Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the royal family because they sought the same kind of normal, private life regular people enjoy.

‘They longed for the life’s simple and anonymous pleasures, like launching a new heavily publicised podcast and national promotional tour.’

Another said: ‘Why on earth do they think we want to listen to their woke word salad?’

The Sussexes’ agreement comes just months after the royals agreed a £100million partnership with Netflix.

A trailer clip of Archewell Audio was released today, accompanied by a short description which reads: ‘Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, present Archewell Audio. Coming soon to Spotify.’

Prince Harry then says: ‘Hi guys, I’m Harry’ before Meghan says: ‘And I’m Meghan’, with both choosing not to use their titles.

‘It sounds really nice with your accent’: Harry and Meghan introduce their new Archewell Audio podcast that will feature ‘stories of hope and compassion’ and reveal first episode will be a ‘holiday special’

The slickly-produced and heavily-scripted Spotify trailer featuring the Sussexes was released online this afternoon.

It opens with Harry saying to his wife: ‘Ladies first’ before his Meghan says: ‘No you say it first because I think it sounds really nice with your accent’.

The Duke of Sussex then says: ‘Archewell Audio’ and they say together: ‘Let’s do it’.

Prince Harry then says: ‘Hi guys, I’m Harry’ before Meghan says: ‘And I’m Meghan’, with both choosing not to use their royal titles.

Meghan then says: ‘One of the things my husband and I have always talked about is our passion for meeting people and hearing their stories. And no matter what the story they usually offer an understanding of where someone else is coming from. And in some way, remind you of a story about yourself’.

Harry continues: ‘And that is what this story is all about. To bring forward different perspectives and voices that perhaps you haven’t heard before. And find our common ground. Because when that happens change really is possible’.

The Duchess of Sussex says that the podcasts will be about ‘finding kindness and compassion, something we saw in some many places this year’.

She adds: ‘It will underlie everything you here on Archewell Audio – so that’s what we’re up to’.

Their first show will be a ‘holiday special’ this month will ‘feature stories of hope and compassion from inspirational guests in celebration of the new year.’

Harry and Meghan both mimic church bells before saying: ‘We can’t wait to share it with you and will be out later this month’.

Meghan says: ‘We’re talking to some amazing people who will share their memories that have helped shaped this year. As we know this has been a difficult one for everyone’.

Touching on the pandemic Harry says: ‘So many people have suffered so much pain this year, experiencing loss and a huge amount of uncertainty but it feels worth mentioning that 2020 has connected us in ways we could never have imagined. Through endless acts of compassion and kindness’.

Plugging the podcast Harry says: ‘So here’s what you need to do, tap follow right now. Go ahead, go on. Tap, follow and that way you won’t miss out and you’ll be able to hear new shows on Archewell Audio as soon as they drop’.

Finishing the trailer Meghan says: ‘We’re so excited. So follow and listen for free only on Spotify. We’ll meet you back here soon’.

Harry signs off with an American-sounding ‘happy holidays’ while Meghan ends with a British ‘cheers’.

The couple said in a statement today: ‘What we love about podcasting is that it reminds all of us to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction.

‘With the challenges of 2020, there has never been a more important time to do so, because when we hear each other, and hear each other’s stories, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are.’

The Sussexes stopped royal duties in January this year, and have been criticised for using their newly independent status to sign multi-million pound deals while retaining their official titles.

The Sussexes’ agreed a £100million partnership with Netflix.

This was followed by the revelation earlier this week that Meghan had invested in a new range of oat milk vegan ‘superlattes’, which sell for £21 ($28) per pack.

Harry, 36, and former Suits actress Meghan, 39, are also set to earn as much as £770,000 ($1m) for delivering online talks – on condition of an upfront fee and the ability to pick any moderators.

The Duke spoke at a J P Morgan event in Miami earlier this year where he received a reported six-figure sum.

Royal biography Angela Levin has branded Harry ‘disloyal’ for taking money from Netflix when it was ‘ridiculing’ his family in popular series The Crown.

Today, the author Penny Junor warned that the couple would find it ‘very difficult’ to combine being a member of the royal family with pursuing commercial activity, because ‘there are bear traps everywhere’.

‘Inevitably, because of who they are, there will always be a market for them,’ she said. ‘It’s not even because they’re Harry and Megan, it’s because they are HRHs.

‘That adds a huge number of noughts to the end of any deal that they do. That’s not their fault. It just highlights how difficult it is to square up being a member of the royal family but earning a living outside it.’

Finishing the trailer Meghan says: 'We're so excited. So follow and listen for free only on Spotify. We'll meet you back here soon'

Harry and Meghan no longer use their HRH styles, but they are still members of the royal family despite stepping back from official duties and retain the titles.

Dawn Ostroff, Spotify’s chief content and advertising business officer, said: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may live in California but the power of their voices rests in their status as citizens of the world.

‘That they are embracing the extraordinary capacity of podcasts on Spotify while also seeking to elevate underrepresented voices is a testament to their appreciation for the potential of audio storytelling.’

Spotify: The Swedish streaming service that took the music world by storm in just 14 years

Founded just 14 years ago in Sweden, Spotify has taken the music world by storm. Today the music streaming service, which boasts a library of 60million songs, has a staggering 320million monthly active users and is worth an estimated $23billion.

The meteoric rise began in Stockholm, Sweden in 2006. The company was co-founded by Daniel Ek, the former boss of popular fashion-based browser game Stardoll, and Martin Lorentzon, co-founder of digital marketing firm Tradedoubler.

By 2009, the company had reached the UK, with a free registration service for users to stream music – setting it aside from digital music rival iTunes, from which users bought digital copies of songs to build their own library.

Its popularity surged after the release of its mobile service, which allowed users a freemium service – where they could listen for free with adverts – or a paid subscription service.

The meteoric rise began in Stockholm, Sweden in 2006, when the company was co-founded by Daniel Ek, the former boss of popular fashion-based browser game Stardoll, and Martin Lorentzon, co-founder of digital marketing firm Tradedoubler

The meteoric rise began in Stockholm, Sweden in 2006, when the company was co-founded by Daniel Ek, the former boss of popular fashion-based browser game Stardoll, and Martin Lorentzon, co-founder of digital marketing firm Tradedoubler

By March 2011, five years after it was founded, Spotify had one million paying subscribers across Europe. Within six months, that number had doubled.

In the same year, Spotify launched in the US, again to great success. By 2012, the streaming service had 15million active users, four million being paying Spotify subscribers.

And subscription figures continued to grow and grow and grow, more than doubling by 2014. By 2016 it had 40million paying subscribers and 100million total users and as of October 2020, the platform has 320million monthly users, including 144 million paying subscribers.

But despite its meteoric growth, the company, which has an annual revenue of £6billion, has historically struggled to produce profits.

It has also faced criticism from those in the music industry, including Taylor Swift, who have argued that the service does not compensate musicians fairly. The company distributes approximately 70 per cent of its total revenue to rights holders, mostly record labels, who then pay artists based on individual agreements.

In a bid to drive its profits into the green, the owners of Spotify, Spotify AB, was floated on the New York Stock Exchange as a publicly traded company in 2018.

The move came after the company made losses of nearly £870m over the previous three years.

Despite being floated publicly, Spotify did not issue new stock when being floated in 2018, instead selling shares that were held by its private investors. The aim of the scheme was to raise investment for its expansion plans.

Last year the $23billion company posted an operating profit of $60million – only the third time in its history it had posted a profit.

Despite past losses, the company has continued to make big money deals, and has lately pushed into increasingly in the area of podcasts.

It is not known how much the Spotify contract is worth, but the streaming service agreed a £75m ($100m) deal with US comedian Joe Rogan in May.

Earlier this year, Michelle Obama launched The Michelle Obama Podcast for an undisclosed fee and had her husband on as one of her first guests.

Dragon Age 4 teased yet again with a new trailer

BioWare has released a new trailer for Dragon Age 4. After virtually no news since the game was first announced at The Game Awards back in 2018 (short of a reassurance that the game was still “in early production” earlier this year,) the studio released a teaser of what it will be like for players to return to Thedas.

The new game will pick up where 2014’s Dragon Age: Inquisition left off: with the reveal that the player companion (and generally rude person) Solas was in fact the Elven god of betrayal Fen’Harel — also known as the Dread Wolf — in disguise, and that he’s actively working to destroy the world. The new title will presumably see players face off against the Dread Wolf as they work to preserve Thedas.

Dragon Age 4 will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X / S, although no date has been announced.

AK vs AK trailer: Anil Kapoor has to find kidnapped Sonam Kapoor in a clash of ego with ‘sasta Tarantino’ Anurag Kashyap

The first trailer for Vikramaditya Motwane’s AK vs AK is out and it promises a lot of chaos. The film pits filmmaker Anurag Kashyap against Anil Kapoor in a clash of egos.

The trailer begins with Anurag and Anil at a press event, who clash with each other over privilege and talent. Later, Anurag proposes the idea of a film, shot in real time. Anil will have to find his kidnapped daughter, actor Sonam Kapoor, jumping through multiple hurdles in just 10 hours. He is not allowed to contact the police or taking anybody’s help to find her.

Watch the trailer here:

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

A visionary director, an old school actor, and a camera rolling for 10 hours. Anurag Kashyap, Indian cinema’s enfant terrible, kidnaps Sonam Kapoor and films her father, the evergreen, Anil Kapoor’s search for his daughter in real-time, as his next blockbuster. AK vs AK is Vikramaditya Motwane’s upcoming film, starring Anurag Kashyap and Anil Kapoor, as themselves.

The film will arrive on Netflix on December 24.

Ahead of the trailer launch, Anil and Anurag had been caught up in a seemingly manufactured Twitter clash. Anil congratulated his Dil Dhadakne Do co-star Shefali Shah and the team of Delhi Crime for their best drama series win at the 48th International Emmy Awards. Anurag took the opportunity to fire some shots at Anil, ridiculing how he never won an Oscar. The ‘fight’ then snowballed into more barbs, as each threw sharp attacks at the other.
