Actually, FIR is registered by law in the area where crime or incident takes place. In this case, Sushant Singh suicide case comes under Mumbai’s Bandra Police Station. Mumbai Police is also continuously investigating this entire case. But now, citing specific circumstances, Sushant’s father KK Singh has registered a case in Bihar regarding this case.

In the FIR lodged by KK Singh in Rajivnagar police station of Bihar on 25 July, he has accused Riya and his entire family. A case has been registered under Section 340, 341, 342, 380, 406, 420 and 306 of IPC against six people including Riya Chakraborty in FIR No. 241/20 case registered in Bihar. Sushant’s father has accused Indrajeet Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shovik Chakraborty, Samuel Mirinda, Shruti Modi and others of cheating, dishonesty, being held hostage and forced to commit suicide besides Riya Chakraborty.

The demand for CBI investigation is continuously rising
Ever since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the demand for a CBI inquiry in this case was continuously being raised. Many politicians also came forward with this. It includes Chirag Paswan, Pappu Yadav, Partha Pawar, Nishikant Dubey, Tejaswi Yadav and Subramanian Swamy. Swami also wrote a letter to PM Modi regarding this matter.
