Hardik Pandya ready to return to Team India, raised 7 kg in three months – Share photo

Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is looking to return to Team India these days. Hardik Pandya has not played international cricket since September 2019. Pandya has to stay away from the cricket field for a long time after undergoing lower back surgery. Pandya recently participated in the DY Patil T20 Cup and also scored 38 runs off 25 balls. Now Pandya has shared a post on Instagram, in which she has told that she has gained 7 kg in the last three months.

After the surgery, Pandya lost a lot of weight. Pandya has increased her weight from 68 to 75 kg in the last three months. Pandya shared a photo of then and now, writing, ’68 to 75 kg in three months. Non-stop effort, no shortcut. ‘ Hardik Pandya suffered lower back injury during the 2018 Asia Cup, since then he has been in and out of the team due to this injury. In October last year, Hardik Pandya underwent lower back surgery in London.

He has also participated in the rehabilitation program at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. It is believed that Pandya may return to the team with a three-match ODI series against South Africa before the Indian Premier League (IPL). Hardik Pandya has played 11 Tests, 54 ODIs and 40 T20 Internationals for India. He has 532 Test, 957 ODI International and 310 T20 International runs in his account. Apart from this, he has also taken 17 Test, 54 ODI International and 38 T20 International wickets.
