Mumbai/ Parambir Singh will be the new Commissioner of Mumbai Police, replacing Sanjay Barve
Maharashtra government appointed Parambir Singh as Mumbai Police Commissioner on Saturday. Singh, a 1988 batch IPS officer, was posted as Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) before becoming Commissioner of Police of Mumbai. Parambir Singh replaces Sanjay Barve, who retired on Saturday.
