Lady Gaga is 'crazy about' boyfriend Michael Polansky after THAT mask on kiss at inauguration

She was seen giving her boyfriend a kiss with their protective face masks on at the presidential inauguration last week.

And it looks like nothing could rain on Lady Gaga’s parade.

The 34-year-old singer is said to be ‘crazy about’ her boyfriend of one year Michael Polansky according to a source for People on Wednesday.

Gaga brought the 37-year-old tech investor as her date as she performed The Star-Spangled Banner before watching Joe Biden and Kamala Harris get sworn in as president and vice president, respectively. 

The insider said: ‘Gaga had a blast at the Inauguration and was in the best spirits. She’s very happy with Michael and feels grateful for his support.’

Despite the couple – who started dating in 2019 – being relatively private and have kept their relationship from the public eye, Polansky was happy to be there in support of his famous girlfriend.

The source explained: ‘He was content to hang in the background and blended in. To the few people Gaga encountered backstage inside the Capitol, she’d say, “This is my boyfriend.”‘

The two are said to be working on charity projects together as Polansky is a Harvard grad who serves as the executive director of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.

The insider for People said: ‘Michael has his own life and work, but they also have shared passions, so it’s a nice balance. Things are going really well.’

It has not been an easy few years for Gaga as she has struggled with PTSD and fibromyalgia in addition to ending her engagement to agent Christian Carino in 2019 but things have apparently started to turn around quite drastically for the pop megastar.

The insider said: ‘She’s happy, healthy and in a good place.’

Last week Lady Gaga stole just a bit of the spotlight as she was in attendance to see Joe Biden sworn in as the 46th President of the US at his inauguration in Washington DC. 

She was quite the social butterfly at the event as she was seen saying hello to Jennifer Lopez, Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama while joined by her boyfriend Polansky.

All eyes were on the Million Reasons singer who made a patriotic statement in her stunning blue and red Schiaparelli ballgown.

Sending a message of unity, the native New Yorker’s dress was adorned with a striking gold dove, reaching out to its rivals with an olive branch in its mouth.

Gaga’s frock was expertly tailored, anchoring her 5foot2 figure with navy blue wool bodice with long sleeves, sturdy shoulders and a tapered waist.

The sleek silhouette of the top was contrasted with a billowing red skirt, which provided maximum amounts of drama as the star sauntered towards the stage escorted by Marines.

She wove a ribbon through her platinum blonde locks, twisting her tresses into a braided crown. Matching the gilded dove on her chest, the Joanne singer donned gold olive branch earrings and a color-coordinated earpiece.

For makeup, Gaga – real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – kept classic, opting for bold brows and a brick red lip.

She kept her head high as she made it to the balcony and grabbed a golden microphone from outgoing Vice President Mike Pence. Then she began to croon, singing a stirring version of the Star Spangled Banner.

The often-avant-garde songstress took a traditional approach for the performance, showing off her unparalleled vocal strength with a effortlessly artful version of The National Anthem.
