Bhopal MP : Son refuses to take corpse of Corona infected father, Tehsildar cremated
In the midst of the corona epidemic, a tehsildar of the revenue department of Madhya Pradesh has presented the example of humanity. He cremated a man who lost his life with the corona virus. Let me tell you that the son of the deceased refused to cremate the body of his father.
The deceased Prem Singh Mewada died on 20 April while undergoing treatment for Corona at the Viva Hospital in Bhopal. Sandeep, the only son of the deceased, refused to take the body of his father. The local administration had also given him a PPE kit keeping safety in mind. Despite this, he refused to take the body.
The administration tried its best to convince the kin of the deceased, but to no avail. The wife and son of the deceased gave in writing to the administration that they could not take the dead body. After this the administration decided to perform the last rites.

Gulab Singh Baghel, Tehsildar of Revenue Department of Madhya Pradesh Government along with two Municipal Corporation personnel cremated the deceased. All were given PPE kits. Baghel lit the deceased according to Hindu custom.
