No connection between ticket and train 

It is worth noting that earlier rumors had started flying that people are not following the lockdown, due to which the duration of the lockdown can be extended. And after which people started getting more panic about this thing. After which the Chief Secretary had to clarify on this issue that we do not have any such plan yet. He also expressed surprise at such a rumor. At the same time, even though the tickets are being booked, the final decision to operate the train will be taken by the Railway Board. IRCTC has started booking tickets in anticipation of the Railway Board’s earlier order that the train operations will be closed till 14 April, i.e., trains will start from 15 April.
