100 Days of Maharashtra Government: Chief Minister Uddhav reached Ayodhya; donated 1 crore for Ram temple, said – I have separated from BJP, not from Hindutva
Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has announced a donation of 1 crore rupees for the construction of Ram temple. Uddhav arrived in Ayodhya on Saturday with the family to complete 100 days of government. Before the visit of Ramlala, he said that all of us devotees will build the temple together. I have separated from the BJP, not from Hindutva. I appeal to the Chief Minister Yogi to allow us to construct land for the devotees coming from Maharashtra. Uddhav was sworn in as the Chief Minister on November 28 in Maharashtra in alliance with Congress and NCP. This is his first visit to Ayodhya after this.
- Uddhav said, “Luckily I am coming for the third time in the last one-and-a-half years. One question was in mind when the temple will be built. When I first came in November 2018, I brought the soil of Shivaji’s birthplace. In 2019, the Supreme Court ruled the Ayodhya case. Became Chief Minister only last year. Shiv Sena had good success in the Lok Sabha elections. When I came for the first time, I said that I will come here again and again. Coronavirus panic has spread around the world, So this time we are not going to perform Saryu Aarti. “
- “The account of the trust which has been set up was also opened yesterday. I remember the struggle of my father Bal Thackeray. For the construction of the temple, I give an amount of Rs one crore from our trust. The Chief Minister wants to request Yogiji to make arrangements for the stay of Shiv Sainiks coming for the construction of the temple. If Yogiji gives the land, then we will also build Maharashtra Bhavan here. ”
