Previously, on April 30, 2019, Jacolia James (83) was found dead face down inside her apartment with “Very suspicious injuries” to the head and torso, said the police.

On November 9, 2015, Myrtle McKenney (82) was found unconscious by her health aide lying on the kitchen floor of her apartment. His death was initially said to have been due to natural causes, but funeral home workers later found a stab in the back of your neck, detailed Pix11.

Before the announcement of the arrest by the NYPD, Councilwoman Inez Barron asked NYCHA to expedite the installation of surveillance cameras. “What we had previously asked for was that we get security improvements in this development.
