- Carrot (400 grams)
- Extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
- Mustard (15 ml)
- Apple cider vinegar (5 ml)
- Ground cumin
- Sweet paprika
- Ground cinnamon
- Granulated garlic
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley
First of all, you need to preheat the oven to about 210 degrees, and prepare a large tray or platter with parchment paper, or greasing the tray with oil.
Wash the carrots well and cut off the top end of them. If they have some leaves, it is preferable that you save it for later in case you want to make some sauce, broth, or salad.
Use a vegetable peeler to lightly peel the carrots, and cut some small sticks about 5-6 centimeters long, just like you’re going to make French fries.
