Ant McPartlin has dissolved his firm that last year had £20million in its coffers.
The Britain’s Got Talent presenter, 44, began legal proceedings to wind up Teecourt Ltd in April following his divorce from Lisa Armstrong, 43.
They were married for over a decade before their divorce was finalised earlier this year, two years after they split.
The cash and assets have been stripped from Ant’s firm and struck from the register, according to documents filed with Companies House.
He had set up the business in October 2006 and its last accounts, which were filed in March 2019, showed it had investments worth £11.6m plus a further £9.3m in cash.
The total equity stood at £20.4m after outstanding debts were paid, according to the Daily Star.
Teecourt is listed as a firm for “television programme production activities” by Companies House.
Mirror Online has contacted Ant’s reps for comment.
Ant and his presenting partner Declan Donnelly, 45, earned £15,124-a-day last year from their TV work.
They host Britain’s Got Talent together, as well as I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
Earlier this year Ant and Lisa’s divorce was finalised after two years.
Lisa reportedly got £20million in the divorce, as well as their former marital home in Chiswick.
Ant has moved on with their former PA Anne-Marie Corbett.
He splashed £6m on a mansion in London for him and Anne-Marie, 44, where they live with her two children and the couple’s two dogs, as well as Ant’s dog Hurley who he share with Lisa.
