Sam Smith was told off by bouncers during a boozy night on the town, reports say.
Sam, one of the world’s biggest singing stars, was snapped as they hit up a regular haunt for celebs in London’s Soho.
And it’s said they were told off by bouncers at Freedom Bar after reportedly breaking the strict no dancing rules.
The rules were brought in as a measure to combat the spread of coronavirus.
A source told Daily Star Online that Sam was in a bubbly mood as they sipped on champagne with their boyfriend, Francois Rossi.
The insider added: “They were clearly in the partying spirit and quickly ordered two bottles of champagne.
“Despite Sam being one of the biggest singers in the world no one bothered them.”
The source added that Sam and Francois looked loved up throughout the night.
They went on to claim that Sam and the gang got up on their feet for a dance when Carl Mullaney, the venue’s host, belted out his rendition of Tina Turner’s Rolling On The River.
The source continued: “Almost instantly security headed over to their table and asked them to sit down as it’s banned due to the pandemic.
“There was no fuss, they understood the venue has to abide by the rules.”
Sam and their mates are said to have headed home at around 2am.
Sam’s reps declined to comment when approached by Mirror Online.
Sam was no doubt delighted to be hitting a bar once again, after they told during lockdown that all they need is “McDonald’s and a gay bar.”
Sam and Francois were recently snapped piling on the PDA as they took a romantic stroll through London.
They recently told Radio 1 they believe it’s very important for the public to see same-sex relationships.
Sam said: “Seeing gay relationships is important and refreshing. You don’t see it loads.”
They spoke out in regard to pictures of them during their previous relationship with ex Brandon Flynn.
They continued: “We were just waiting outside the shop while my sister got cigarettes. I was just joking.
“I was literally licking his eyeballs. It’s horrendous. I’m going to have to do something crazy to top it.”
