Pakistan’s famous players Jehangir Khan and Shahid Afridi have started distributing rations and cash to the families of the minority community amid the Kovid-19 epidemic (CoronaVirus Pandemic) crisis.

CoronaVirus is spreading rapidly in Pakistan. In such a situation, former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi has come forward to help. He is helping people through his organization Shahid Afridi Foundation. The rest of the players have also requested people to donate more and more by putting the #DonateKaroNA hashtag. Pakistan’s famous players Jehangir Khan and Shahid Afridi have started distributing rations and cash to the families of the minority community amid the Kovid-19 epidemic (CoronaVirus Pandemic) crisis. A Hindu tennis player had drawn his attention to the problems faced by the minorities, after which he started a series of help.

In a statement, international tennis player Robin Das appealed to Shahid Afridi Foundation (SAF) to help the minority section in the city. Karachi Sports Forum secretary Asif Azim told PTI, “Jahangir Khan is the president of this foundation, he called me and talked about Das’s statement and said that members of the minority community should be helped in this difficult period Should be, whether they are Christians or Hindus. ”

The SAF along with the Karachi Sports Forum provided ration and cash to the needy in the city, especially those who are associated with the sports world. Azim said, “Today we organized an event at the Roshan Khan Squash campus in which Jahangir and legendary hockey player Islahuddin were present and he made it clear that the Forum will distribute rations and cash to the needy families of the minority community in Karachi.”

He said that in the first phase, he distributed ration bags to the lower strata and poor Hindus and Christian families. Azim said that the forum was already working on providing ration to needy players, field workers, guards and others associated with various sports.
 
He said, “But now the Shahid Afridi Foundation is supporting us, then we are also focusing on the families of the minority community.”
