Coronavirus: Amazon, Grofers, Big Basket discontinued their services, no delivery now

Keeping in mind the Corona virus, e-commerce sites Amazon, Growers and Big Basket have closed some of their services in India. According to Amazon, orders will not be taken for products other than essential products. The company has also discontinued its delivery system. On the other hand, only milk delivery on the Big Basket will be done before 7 am,However, the police is also talking to the companies that deliver the online delivery. It is expected that their services will be restored soon. Let me tell you that yesterday, on 24 March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the lockdown of the country for 21 days, after which this step has been taken by the companies. According to Amazon’s official blog post, orders for packaged food, healthcare, hygiene and personal safety products will be taken. They will also be delivered as well.

Grophers stopped delivery 

Along with Amazon and Flipkart, growers have also temporarily stopped delivery of non-essential orders. The company has apologized to its customers for not being able to deliver orders. The company has said in the message that we are aware that delivery of essential goods is very important at this time, but due to lockdown, delivery is not being done at the right time. Also many of our warehouses are closed. At the same time, the growers have released a message in their app. According to the message, Gruffers is no longer accepting orders of any kind. In addition, the company will notify customers when the service resumes.

Milk is getting on the big basket

In this episode, Big Basket is not delivering any other product except supply of milk. But the company says that milk will be delivered before 7 am. On the other hand, Doodhwale.com, a company that delivers cheese to bread, has also stopped its services. At the same time, the company has said that the delivery has been stopped due to the lockdown.

Flipkart recently discontinued services

Recently e-commerce site Flipkart has temporarily stopped its services. On visiting Flipkart’s site, we get a message saying that we temporarily stop our services, although we will try to come back soon. Flipkart wrote that this is a difficult time. This has never happened before. We request that you also stay in your homes and be safe. We will be back soon.
