Fashion can be bizarre at times and there is no denying that. Netizens arrived at this conclusion after a collection of larger-than-life inflatable latex pants surfaced on the internet.

Presented by menswear designer Harikrishnan, for his graduate collection at the London College of Fashion, the collection features unusual pants with exaggerated 3-D silhouettes. The pants, as you can see, fit well on the waist and then go on to appear like a billowing balloon structure before finally being cinched at the anklets.

These balloon-like pants have caught attention of the netizens and the pictures of this collection are going viral on the internet. While many people are lauding the designer for his futuristic designs, there are some netizens who have rather hilarious reactions. The inspiration behind this collection was the designer’s pet dog. “I got the idea when I was playing with my dog and I started thinking about how exaggerated objects must look from such a low angle,” Harikrishnan said while speaking to Dezeen.

“The thought of him seeing me as a giant figure or not seeing my head at all was intriguing, so I decided to reimagine the people around me through the game of distortion – detached from the stereotypical, pre-determined notions of the human perspective,” he added.
