Ann-Dhan Scheme announced for the poor, will cost 1.70 lakh crore
new Delhi. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a relief package of Rs 1.70 lakh crore for the daily wage laborers and poor affected by the corona virus. Cash will be transferred to the poor under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. Apart from this, he announced an insurance cover of Rs 50 lakh for those fighting Corona virus. 20 lakh employees will benefit from this scheme.
