Recently, the picture that went viral showed Anushka showing a baby bump and Virat Kohli holding it and posing for the photo. The photo was verified and after it was done, the truth came out.

The truth behind the viral picture gets revealed.

It is the original photo of Bollywood star couple Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh. The photo was clicked during their photoshoot. During a Filmfare interview, Anushka talked about her pregnancy plans and also spoke about how the rumours irritate her.

Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh's photo replaced with Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma

“Yeah. If you’re married, then people ask, is she pregnant? They love to read into something when there really isn’t anything.”

“An actress gets married, and the next thing they talk about it is, is she pregnant? When she’s dating it’s like, Shaadi Karne wale hai ki nahi? It’s crude. You should allow people to live their life. What’s the need to jump the gun? Then put someone in a position where they end up clarifying unnecessarily. What irks me is the clarification part. Do I need to clarify? Nahi! But then that’s how it is – any actress, who gets married… sabke baare mein they’ve said something.

Someone could be wearing clothes that are loose. That’s because they’re trendy. But they’re said to be pregnant. It’s like a monkey on your back. You can’t do anything about it. You just ignore it,” she added

Mary Kom thanks Delhi Police for celebrating her son’s birthday amid coronavirus lockdown

Delhi Police made Mary Kom’s younger son Prince’s birthday special by bringing a cake and singing the birthday song for the young boy.

Delhi Police on Thursday surprised Olympian boxer and Rajya Sabha MP Mary Kom by bringing cake for her son, Prince, on his birthday amid the coronavirus lockdown.

Mary Kom took to her official Twitter handle to post a video where Delhi Police personnel can be seen bringing a cake for her son, Prince, and singing the song ‘Happy Birthday to you”. Mary Kom thanked the police for their gesture and saluted them for their “dedication and commitment” in their role as corona warriors.

“Thank you @DCPNewDelhi for making this birthday so special for my younger son Prince Kom. You all are real frontline warriors, I salute you all for your dedication and commitment. @CPDelhi @DelhiPolice @LtGovDelhi @pragya_92,” Kom tweeted.

“We are all hoping and praying desperately for things to go back to normal but can they ever? Of course not. This virus is an enemy that no one even understands completely. Sports will change. Mine is a contact sport and I am personally worried how we are going to deal with it. For the time being, I don’t see any sparring happening in training at least, I would be totally against it,” Mary Kom was quoted as saying by PTI.

[amazon box=”B07VJ92G95″ “small”]

“I believe once a vaccine is developed, things can go back to how they were before but until then, travelling will be less frequent, training will not exactly be a team thing and tournaments, I don’t know how they will resume.

“I believe training itself will become very individualistic. As for the fans, they will come back to watch, I don’t see a problem there. But yes, the standard of hygiene at tournaments will go up to another level.”

Against all odds: Natalia Partyka, the one-armed TT player, who inspires the world

Too often, people only see the hurdles. But Partyka only saw the possibilities.

If you are just watching Natalia Partyka from afar, you won’t notice anything different. Her footwork is top-notch. Her backhand and forehand are fierce. Her reaction time is good. Her defence is solid. She looks and plays like a top table tennis player.

But then look a little closer and you realise just how impressive she truly is. As she prepares to serve, Partyka, who was born without a right forearm, carefully balances the ball at the end of her elbow before tossing in the air and onto her racquet.ADVERTISEMENT

Now 30, Partyka attracted the world’s attention during the London Olympics in 2012. By that point, she was already competing in her second Olympics but it was her skill and not her disability that made everyone sit up and take notice. It was also the first time she was taking part in the singles competition.

Partyka was eliminated by the Netherlands’ Jie Li in women’s singles Round of 32 in London. Let that sink in – yes, it wasn’t the podium, but being one of the top 32 women in the world in any field speaks of a level of excellence that is not easily found.

“For me, it (disability) is nothing,” she told reporters after losing her third round match to Netherlands’ Jie Li. “I am playing the same lines as the others. I am doing the same exercises.

“We have the same goals and the same dreams and I can play like them. I can serve and don’t have any problems.

[amazon box=”B07H97FRX5″ “small”]

“I get a bit bored about being asked about disability all the time.”

She is happy, however, if her achievements act as an inspiration to others.

“Maybe someone will see me and realise that their own disability is not the end of the world,” she said.

“Maybe someone will look at me and think they can achieve something bigger than they thought. Maybe sometimes you have to work a little bit harder if you really want to do something. If I’m an inspiration I can’t complain.”

The Polish table tennis star, though, has been used to raising the bar.

At the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games, when only 11 years old, she was the youngest competitor on duty at the event as a whole, not only in the table tennis events.

Four years later in Athens, when 15 years old she won gold to become the youngest ever table tennis player to secure a Paralympic Games title.ADVERTISEMENT

She kept playing, she kept winning and she kept pushing herself to get even better. Starting with Athens in 2004, she has no less than five Paralympic Games gold medals to her credit.

In 2008, she also became one of only five athletes to ever participate in both the Paralympic and able-bodied summer games. More have followed in her wake, refusing to let a mere disability get the better of them.

Too often, people only see the hurdles. But Partyka only saw the possibilities and that allowed her to attain her highest ITTF ranking of 48 in singles.

“Everything about me is made of table tennis. The sport has taught me to ‘work hard,’ ‘never give up,’ and ‘always fight for my dreams’.”

And at the end of the day, that is what it comes down to. Are you prepared to truly fight for your dreams? For if you are, as Partyka has shown, nothing can stop you.

Is Mike Tyson headed for boxing return after Evander Holyfield’s comeback?

Four-time heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield says he is making a ring comeback for charity at age 57, hoping to help first responders and children combat the coronavirus pandemic.

And it could set the stage for a third fight against Mike Tyson more than 20 years after the originals.

Holyfield said he would fight in exhibition matches to raise support for Unite4OurFight, which helps learning and emotional development projects aimed at children whose schooling was disrupted by the deadly virus outbreak.

“Are you ready? The moment you’ve all been waiting for… The Champ is back!” Holyfield posted on Twitter. “I’d like to announce that I will be making a comeback to the ring. I will be fighting in exhibition matches for a great cause.”

Holyfield’s move comes after Tyson, 53, was shown training and saying he wanted to make a charity comeback in exhibition bouts.

Holyfield has not fought since stopping Danish fighter Brian Nielsen in the 10th round at Copenhagen in 2011, improving his record to 44-10 with two drawn.

He last owned one of the three major heavyweight crowns in early 2001 after beating John Ruiz for the World Boxing Association title in August 2000.

Holyfield stopped Mike Tyson in the 11th round in 1996 to win the WBA title and then won a 1997 rematch when Tyson was disqualified for biting.

Two of Holyfield’s other biggest fights came in 1999 when he fought a controversial draw with Lennox Lewis in New York for the undisputed heavyweight crown, then lost to the British star by unanimous decision eight months later in Las Vegas.

“My name was made on fighting,” Holyfield said on the charity’s website. “It’s time I bring that fighter out with the man I have always been. It’s time to step up as citizens need help like never before.”
