Liverpool could reportedly sign PSG forward Kylian Mbappe for £91m next summer.
The Reds have been linked with a move for the 21-year-old as they look to bolster their attacking options.
Having already secured Diogo Jota’s signature from Wolves, the Premier League champions have since been in contact with the PSG star over a move next year.
And French outlet l’Equipe have reported that patience could be the best way for the Anfield side to get Mbappe’s signature.
The 21-year-old has two years left on his current contract at the French champions, who want to make him sign an extension.

When he enters the last 12 months of the Parc des Princes deal, though, the forward’s price will drop down to £91m if he refuses to sign an extension.
Agreeing a one-year deal, though, would drive the Frenchman’s price up by £35m.
Mbappe has started his fourth season at PSG, scorn 91 goals in 125 appearances while helping the French side reach the Champions League final.
But Liverpool could be forced into a transfer battle with Real Madrid, though, as some believe the forward wants to move to the Bernabeu.
Speaking to El Chiringuito, Blancos legend Paco Buyo said: “It looks like Liverpool are also interested, but I believe Mbappe has already made his decision [to join Madrid].
“Will it be next summer? We will see if he expects to end the contract, I do not know if he can handle the pressure or if he will accept any millionaire proposal that PSG will present to him.”
Mbappe himself, though, holds an admiration for the Reds and their achievements over the 2019/20 campaign.
The Frenchman said last year: “This season, Liverpool have been a machine in the Premier League. They have made winning look easy but the truth is that it is never easy.
“Performances like they have been having don’t just happen. To be as ruthless as they have been would come from lots of hard work in training and from having a very good manager.”
