Strictly Come Dancing contender Maisie Smith appeared in high spirits as she spent the day collecting rubbish around her neighbourhood with pals.
The 19-year-old EastEnders actress, known for playing Tiffany Butcher on the BBC soap, documented her good deed on social media as the group cleared up trash from the street on Friday.
Sharing her efforts with her 701,000 Instagram followers, Maisie and her friends had filled two pink rubbish bags full of trash.
“This is literally just from walking just around the neighbourhood, we’ve done two full bags,” Maisie explained.
She then urged her fans to ‘pick up your rubbish!’ in the cheerful clip.
After doing their bit for the community, Maisie and her two pals then decided to put on a bit of a show by changing the words to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air tune.
In the entertaining clip, Maisie and her friends danced around with their plastic bin bags full of rubbish.
“A couple of girls, they were up to some good, picking up the rubbish in the neighbourhood,” the trio sang.
Maisie’s latest social media post came shortly after BBC bosses announced that she would be joining the next Strictly Come Dancing cohort.
Confirming the news on her Instagram page, Maisie revealed that it had been a “dream come true” to be signed up for the glitzy dance show.
“NEWS IS FINALLY OUT. Been keeping this a secret for too long! Absolute dream come true,” the actor wrote in her social media caption.
Maisie is already tipped to go far in the dance competition after it emerged that she boasts previous dance training.
“I’ve done a bit of hip-hop and street dance throughout my time but I have no technical ability at all,” Maisie told the presenters when she appeared on ITV’s This Morning.
She has even had a stint on Strictly’s Children In Need special where she danced with Kevin Clifton and won the charity show.
