Big Announcement : Film on absconding Vijay Mallya announced
Two more new projects have been announced just before Independence Day. One of them is based on Vijay Mallya, an absconding businessman from India. So there is another project on Balram Singh Mehta based on 1971’s War Heroes.
While the film industry has suffered a lot in the lockdown, the work has started afresh. Announcement of new projects is taking place. These include all kinds of projects, from films to web series. At the same time, just before Independence Day, two more new projects have been announced. One of them is based on Vijay Mallya, an absconding businessman from India. Webseries will be made on The Vijay Mallya Story
In this web series, the story will be shown from the birth of Vijay Mallya till he left the country and fled to UK. It is being told that the book written by Giri Prakash of Webseries is based on The Vijay Mallya Story. Producer Prabalin Kaur confirmed this on Twitter. In the book, Vijay Mallya’s roller coaster life has been written. In which it is also written about her weddings. The script is almost final but Prabalin is yet to reveal the cast and title. The shooting of the webseries will start from next month. Almighty Motion Pictures has acquired the rights to this webseries.
Ishaan will be seen in the war drama Pippa
Ishaan Khattar has been selected for the 1971 war-based drama ‘Pippa’. The film is based on Balaram Singh Mehta’s book ‘The Burning Chaffees’. The film is being produced by Siddharth Roy Kapoor and Ronnie Screwvala. Direction Raj Krishna Menon will do. Taran Adarsh tweeted that this film will also be released next year.
Announcement of 14 rounds
The third major update is a film by Zee Studio 14 Ferre. In the social comedy film, Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda will be in the lead roles. Direction will be of Devanshu Singh. These three are seen in the announcement video. The story is written by Manoj Kalwani. Shooting starts from November 2020. While the film will be released on 9 July next year.
