The daughter-in-law of the former DGP has stated in her complaint that her husband is homosexual. Pandey married his son Shubhankar on 15 February 2016 while being the DGP.
According to the information received, the daughter-in-law of former Jharkhand DGP DK Pandey has reached the police station on Saturday and registered a case against her father-in-law and husband. The woman filed a complaint saying that her husband Shubhankar Pandey is gay. He came to know about this on the second day of marriage. On knowing about the husband, the woman spoke to her father-in-law and other in-laws, but they kept quiet. Let me tell you, Pandey married his son Shubhankar on 15 February 2016 while being the DGP.
On the complaint of daughter-in-law, former DGP Pandey said that there is a medical problem, it will be cured after treatment. The victim further told that she trusted the father-in-law’s words, but even after spending three years nothing could be recovered. Whereas in the midst of these conditions, the father-in-law and other family members talked about having a physical relationship with the father-in-law. Once in a marriage ceremony father-in-law DK Pandey also asked her to have a physical relationship with himself. After this act, she started getting upset. she started thinking of committing suicide. The victim said that her mother-in-law used to tell her to be busy with other things.

On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case and started investigation. It is known that former DGP DK Pandey has been facing many allegations before. Pandey was also accused of involvement in Palamu’s Bakoria incident. The CBI has also made him accused. In this case, the police are accused that in 2015, 12 innocent people were killed in an encounter, calling them Naxalites.
