Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case: Lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha Files Case Against 8 People in Muzaffarpur Court.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on June 14 after suffering from clinical depression from the last six months. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has lodged a case against eight people including Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, and Ekta Kapoor in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case in a court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. In the complaint, the lawyer has alleged that the 34-year-old actor was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not even released. He even stated that such a situation was created which forced him to take the drastic step.
Speaking to ANI, he said, “I have filed a case against 8 people including Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan & Ekta Kapoor under Sections 306, 109, 504 & 506 of IPC in connection with actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case in a court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.”
Earlier, politician Sanjay Nirupam revealed in a tweet that despite Chhichhore’s success, actor Sushant Singh Rajput had lost seven films in the span of six months.

Mumbai police have recorded the statement of the actor’s father, sisters, Ankita Lokhande, his best friend Mahesh Shetty. Sushant’s father has revealed that he wasn’t aware of his son’s depression. The police officials will be speaking to Rajput’s manager, Siddharth Pathani, to understand if professional rivalry has pushed the actor to take the extreme step.
Father demands CBI inquiry
It may be noted that Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide in his flat in Mumbai on Sunday. In this case, along with Bollywood star Salman Khan, the above people are being accused including torture and other charges. Sushant’s father has demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter, while his angry fans in Patna are talking about boycotting films like Salman Khan and Karan Johar etc. Meanwhile, this case has been filed in Muzaffarpur

In the suit filed, the complainant Sudhir Kumar Aizha has alleged that he is very much in touch with the film actor Sushant Singh Rajput for suicide. It was learned through media that the conspiracy of the accused was behind Sushant’s suicide. Sushant was still at number one in the film world. The accused were plotting to humiliate them. Sushant was boycotted by these filmmaker-directors. His films were not allowed to be released. Accused was not wishing that this emerging artist of Bihar should leave him behind and go ahead. This led to such a situation that Sushant Singh was forced to take suicidal steps. It is also performed with other artists from outside
