The Congress leader ran away after the case was registered. Police have registered a case against the youth leader under Section 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the youth leader also extorted Rs 4 lakh from the victim. He threatened the victim that he would make the victim’s pictures viral on social media. Out of fear, the victim handed over Rs 4 lakh to the accused.

The wife of the accused is the sarpanch of the same village where the victim lives. The police is investigating the entire case. So far the accused has not been arrested. Detailed details of the event are awaited.
