Lori Loughlin's daughter begs for a good 2021 after college admission scandal
Olivia Jade has begged for 2021 to “keep the vibes good” just days after her mother Lori Loughlin was released from prison following their college admission scandal.
The Influencer, 21, decided to start the new year on a positive note as she shared a clip of herself at a party ringing in 2021.
Despite both of her parents recently being released from jail for their part in bribing her into a top university in the US, Olivia seemed to be in good spirits about what this year will bring.
“2021 let’s just keep the vibes good, k?” she penned, alongside a video of her at a Malibu seafront mansion on New Year’s Eve.
The influencer’s actress mum Lori was released from her two-month prison sentence just last week.
The 56-year-old served her time in the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California.
In addition to her time behind bars, Lori will also pa a $150,000 – £111,000 – fine and will be under two years of supervised release during which she must complete 100 hours of community service.
She and her husband, Mossimo Giannuli, agreed in May to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.
They were also accused of faking a photo which made it look like the sisters were college-caliber rowers.
Fashion designer Mossimo, 57, also agreed to plead guilty to honest services wire and mail fraud.
The couple had been accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters into the University of Southern California (USC).
Mossimo was sentenced to five months in prison, a fine of $250,000 – £185,000 – two years of supervised release and 250 hours of community service.
