The 30-year-old retired tennis player and former NBA player David Lee, 37, bought the five-bedroom Fisher Island condo for $13.5 million in 2018 from the developer.
‘They are staying on Fisher. They just didn’t need as big of a unit,’ the couples’ real estate agent Jill Hertzberg told the Miami Herald in an article Tuesday.

Fisher Island has 17 tennis courts and one of them is named after Caroline who won the 2018 Australian Open.
The unit was listed for $2,076 per square foot.
