 Caroline Wozniacki and husband David Lee have listed their Florida condominium for $17.5 million.

The 30-year-old retired tennis player and former NBA player David Lee, 37, bought the five-bedroom Fisher Island condo for $13.5 million in 2018 from the developer.

‘They are staying on Fisher. They just didn’t need as big of a unit,’ the couples’ real estate agent Jill Hertzberg told the Miami Herald in an article Tuesday.

The eighth-floor unit in the 10-story Palazzo Del Sol features five-and-a-half bathrooms and terrace views of Biscayne Beach, Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Amenities in the building include a movie theater, concierge, spa, children’s room and tennis courts.

Fisher Island has 17 tennis courts and one of them is named after Caroline who won the 2018 Australian Open.

The unit was listed for $2,076 per square foot.

Fisher Island is one of the wealthiest communities in the US.

Caroline retired in January 2020 following a third round loss in the Australian Open.

She announced in October 2018 that she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

Caroline was diagnosed with the auto-immune disease before the 2018 US Open, but played through the tournament.

She announced in December 2019 that she was going to retire after the 2020 Australian Open.

Caroline and David got engaged in November 2017 and were married in June 2019 in Tuscany.

 She recently told Bild that she would like to be a mother and start a family with David, according to Tennis World.
