Liverpool vs Leeds kick-off time, TV and live stream information
[ad_1]
Leeds United’s 16-year exile from the Premier League ends in mouthwatering fashion on Saturday with a trip to reigning champions Liverpool.
The Elland Road side – who won the Championship last season – have been busy in the transfer window, splashing the cash on the likes of striker Rodrigo (£26million from Valencia) and defender Robin Koch from Freiburg.
And their first test couldn’t be any harder, with a visit to Anfield and Jurgen Klopp’s title-winning side.
Liverpool have made only one signing so far this summer, with defender Kostas Tsimikas joining from Olympiacos.
With rivals Manchester City and Manchester United not playing this weekend as a result of their European adventures last month, and Chelsea not in action until Monday – the Reds will be keen to make a good start to immediately put the pressure on their title rivals.

Liverpool vs Leeds odds
The champions haven’t lost a Premier League match at Anfield – fans or no fans – since April 2017, three full league campaigns and FIFTY-NINE matches ago.
Jurgen Klopp’s side is actually closing on an all time club record, 63 unbeaten by Bob Paisley’s all-conquering side of the late 70s.
So thepools’.com’s odds of 2/7 for the home win and 9/1 on an unlikely Leeds win are understandable. But Burnley escaped with a draw at the tail end of last season and that outcome is a big 5/1.
Mo Salah has scored on the opening day of the season for the past three seasons – if he does so again he will equal Teddy Sheringham’s Premier League record and land an 8/11 anytime scorer bet.
