Michelle Keegan happily showed off her washboard abs after completing another workout in the home gym she shares with husband Mark Wright.
The actress gave her Instagram followers a glimpse inside their makeshift studio as she posed in front of the floor to ceiling mirror and showed off the well-stocked space.
Michelle, 33, looked like she’d been putting the work as she dabbed herself with a towel while showing off her taut tum in a revealing crop top and leggings.
Former Our Girl star Michelle told her fans she’d completed a class with the help of hubby Mark and his brother Joshua Wright.
The enterprising Wright brothers recently set up their own fitness company TrainWright after inspiring fans during lockdown.
Michelle appears to have been converted by exercise junkie Mark after previously claiming she ‘hates’ the gym.
When asked if she’d ever reveal the secrets to her figure in a celebrity exercise DVD, Michelle gave a firm ‘No.’
“I hate the gym anyways but I push myself to go. If I don’t go to the gym I don’t work out,” she explained.
But Michelle appeared to be right at home in the studio she and Mark have installed at their luxury home.
Boasting about her latest antics to fans, the ex Corrie star wrote: “Tough sesh today.”
Michelle and Mark were forced to spend all their time at their Essex home recently after being caught out by changes to the coronavirus guidelines in Spain.
The pair were enjoying a break to Ibiza when it was announced tourists must quarantine for two weeks on their return to the UK.
Michelle, who quit her role in Our Girl this year, said she didn’t mind as the stunning holiday was worth the extra hassle.
Revealing how much she enjoyed the UK lockdown that was lifted in July, Michelle told Cosmopolitan: “‘I’m taking my dogs for daily walks, I’ve been doing a jigsaw a week and I’ve taken up cycling on a proper road bike. We go out three times a week and do 11 miles!
“I’m writing two things. I’ve never had the time to sit down, write and research and I’m really enjoying the process. It’s a comedy drama and a mini-series drama.
“I had the idea for one of them a few years ago and this time has helped me get my ideas down on paper.
“I’ve had meetings with production companies on Zoom. Hopefully it’s something we can get off the ground. It’s exciting.|
