It had been hoped that the pair were working through their differences during the coronavirus lockdown, to avoid battling it out in court.

Brad, 56, co-parents the children with 45-year-old Angelina and the actor had been seen visiting her home in Los Angeles as restrictions were eased.

He had been enjoying time with the children but it now seems that Brad and Angelina are battling each other again over how much time they both spend with the kids.

Despite attempts of reconciliation with his eldest child, Maddox, who is 19 and reportedly allowed to choose how much time he spends with each parent, it would seem that he chooses to avoid contact with Brad.

Brad Pitt wants a 50/50 custody split

A source told UsWeekly: “Brad wants 50/50 joint physical and legal custody of the kids. Angelina has been unagreeable to those terms.”

The insider added that Angelina “will only agree to talk about an agreement if the home base for the children isn’t Los Angeles. The younger kids are in school in Los Angeles, which Angelina has always been opposed to.”

It has previously been reported that Angelina has a desire to relocate to the UK and bring the children with her.
