Inside Lily Allen and David Harbour Vegas wedding- Elvis, burgers and Dior dress

Lily Allen has shared with fans the first pictures of her quirky Las Vegas wedding to David Harbour.

The couple, who have been together a year, celebrated their Sin City nuptials in style with lots of personal touches.

The bride and groom had their wedding officiated by an Elvis impersonator who serenaded them as Lily’s daughters Ethel and Marnie – seemingly the only guests – looked on.

Following the ceremony, Lily and David posed for more pictures in front of the famous Vegas strip.

Lily looked stunning in an off the shoulder mini dress by Dior, that was set off by a row of buttons and a belt around her trim waist.

The pop star opted to wear her natural raven locks swept into a loose chignon with a two-tiered lace veil flowing behind her as she laughed away in the joyous snaps.

Lily finished her bridal attire with a simple but pretty bouquet of colourful roses.

Groom David, a star of Netflix hit Stranger Things, wore a simple navy suit for the occasion.

He shared more pictures of the happy day on his Instagram page and wrote: “In a wedding officiated by the king himself, the people’s princess wed her devoted, low born, but kind credit card holder in a beautiful ceremony lit by the ashen skies courtesy of a burning state miles away in the midst of a global pandemic.”

“Refreshments were served at a small reception following,” joked David.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated with a takeout order from famous burger joint In-N-Out.

Shaking off any traditions, Lily was happy to be snapped taking a huge bite from her burger – being careful not to drip any sauce down her designer dress.

After keeping her engagement a closely guarded secret, Lily finally confirmed she and David had tied the knot as she shared the pics to Instagram adding three love hearts to the caption.

The special day was a very different affair to the idyllic rural location Lily settled on for her 2011 wedding to Sam Cooper.

Lily, who was pregnant at the time at the time, said ‘I do’ to Sam at the village church in Crantham, Gloucestershire close to their Cotswolds home.

Sadly, the couple parted ways just five years later.

In May 2018, Lily admitted she had cheated on her husband Sam during their marriage after claiming she’d ‘lost her identity.’

In an explosive interview with Vulture said she hit a low point in 2014 and was struggling to cope with her fame.

She said: “I lost my sense of self. I lost my identity. I was being a bad mum. I was being bad at my job. I’d wake up on a tour bus in the middle of Wisconsin and be so hung-over.

“I cheated on my husband. All I wanted to do was be with my kids. I wasn’t even making any money.”

Despite the heartache, Lily says she maintained a ‘friendly relationship’ with Sam.

The pair have an unusual custody arrangement that involves having their daughters for alternative weeks.

Following the breakdown of her marriage to Sam, Lily found love with DJ Merdian Dan.

When they parted ways three years later, Lily said it was the first time she’d been single since she was 15 years old.

“We’ve been broken up for about three weeks. It’s just been bad news after bad news after bad news, and I think the fact that I haven’t called him and been like, ‘Hey, wanna come around for a cuddle?’ means that it’s big for me because ordinarily when things get difficult, I need to have somebody around to share those problems.”

Months after splitting with musician Dan, Lily was papped for the first time with actor David Harbour.

The two were seen sitting courtside watching the New York Knicks.

Since then David opted to move to Lily’s coutry manor to be with her and her daughters during lockdown.

The blended family have since jetted off on a sun-soaked holiday to Italy.

And it’s not just Lily’s love life that has transformed in recent years.

The singer revealed last month that she has been sober for a year now.

“1 year completely sober! So grateful for my health and happiness,” she told fans on Instagram.

Former wild child Lily said that she’d had a problematic relationship with drugs and alcohol in the past and at her worst drunk a bottle of Grey Goose vodka a day while on tour.
