Gigi Hadid revealed that she passed the 33-week mark of her pregnancy in July, meaning she will be welcoming her bundle of joy in mid-September.
The 25-year-old supermodel – whose full name is Jelena Noura Hadid – is expecting her first child with former One Direction heartthrob Zayn Malik.
In her first photoshoot alongside her blossoming baby bump, the model looked sensational as she cradled her belly in a series of gorgeous professional snaps.
Taken on July 26, Gigi slipped into a collection of stunning outfits that accentuated her baby bump.
In one shot, Gigi was draped in an elegant khaki Brandon Maxwell dress that thinly covered her growing belly.
In another post, Gigi donned a pair of open jeans and a crop top alongside the caption: “33 weeks.”
With a full-term pregnancy being around 40 weeks, this means that Gigi would be around 38 weeks into her pregnancy to date.
This lines up with what Gigi’s mum Yolanda revealed in April, when she expressed her excitement about becoming a grandma in September.
The talented model also shared several clips from behind the scenes, which she captioned “making-of.”
Sharing the posts with her 57.1 million Instagram followers, the excited mum to be was inundated with compliments from her doting fans.
“You are soooo beautiful,” penned one fan.
Another added: “I’m overwhelmed.”
As Gigi and Zayn gear up to become parents for the first time, the supermodel also recently gave her followers a sneak peek at her pregnancy diet that included cinnamon pastries and vegetable sushi rolls.
In the Instagram post that she shared near the end of August, Gigi revealed that she was keeping herself healthy by tucking into some tasty strawberries.
In recent weeks, Gigi also explained why she had kept so quiet on social media – but affirmed to fans that her pregnancy is going well.
“Everything going is great and I love you guys. I do appreciate those positive comments. A lot of people are confused by why I am not sharing more but I am pregnant through a pandemic,” she penned.
“Obviously my pregnancy is not the most important thing going on in the world. That’s the reason I’ve felt it’s not something I need to share, apart from with my family and friends.”
