Katy Perry shocked when Amanda Holden guessed her baby name three months ago

Katy Perry has just announced that she’s welcomed her first child with her fiancé Orlando Bloom.

The Part of Me singer, 35, revealed that she has called her baby girl Daisy Dove Bloom, but someone knew what name she would choose three months before the little one was even born.

Back in June Amanda Holden suggested that Katy call her baby daughter Daisy Bloom when she appeared on the Britain’s Got Talent judges’ Heart radio show.

When Amanda came up with the idea Katy looked shocked on the video link chat, suggesting she had already picked out her baby name months ago and was surprised Amanda had managed to work it out.

“I like Daisy Bloom,” Amanda told her.

“The surname of Bloom and daisies and flowers.

“And Perry-Bloom is a great hyphen. Daisy Perry-Bloom.”

Katy looked wide-eyed at the suggestion, clearly unable to hide her surprise.

Amanda has now shared the footage on her Instagram page, clearly chuffed with her correct prediction.

She wrote: “I love @katyperry’s face when I correctly predict her baby’s name back in June.”

Katy and Orlando announced they’d welcomed a baby girl on Thursday.

They said: “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.”

The charitable pair allowed Unicef to make the birth announcement to raise awareness for its campaign for giving children the best start in life.
