Boycott chinese products : Omar Abdullah targets BCCI Secretary Amit Shah’s son Jai, for having Vivo a chinese company as IPL sponsor
Amid the Boycott China campaign, there was a demand in front of BCCI to remove Vivo from the title sponsor.
National Conference leader Omar Abdullah has targeted VCC to retain the title sponsor of IPL. Omar Abdullah says that the Chinese company managed to remain the sponsor of the IPL when there is a buyout of Chinese products across the country. Explain that due to the ongoing dispute with China, the demand to remove Vivo from the title sponsor was arising for the last two months.
Omar Abdullah tweeted by saying, China’s smartphone company remains the title sponsor of IPL, while people are being asked to buy Chinese products. China has got a chance to question us. We do not understand how to manage the money and sponsorship from China.
In the IPL Governing Council meeting on Sunday, Vivo was retained as the title sponsor of the league. The BCCI says that it is not right to remove Vivo at this time due to the law. Vivo can demand money as compensation before the BCCI on being removed from the title.

Omar Abdullah also mentioned in his tweet those who broke their TVs in the name of Boycott China. He said, ‘I feel bad for those people who broke their TV. People who went to China bycot were yet to see this day.
