Mumbai: Unknown people opened fire on Matka King Munna alias Jignesh Thakkar in Neelam Gali area near Mumbai’s Kalyan railway station. In this firing, Matka King Dinesh Thakkar died on the spot. The shooter, who shot Jignesh, escaped after executing the incident and is currently out of control. The police has started an investigation into this murder.

On Friday night, Matka King Jignesh Thakkar got 4 bullets in this firing. On receiving the information about the incident, the policemen of Kalyan’s Mahatma Phule Police Station reached the spot and sent Jignesh to Fortis Hospital in Kalyan immediately. However, on reaching the hospital, the doctors declared Jignesh dead.

Firing occurred after leaving office
Local police said, Jignesh was sitting outside his office near Kalyan railway station during the incident. On Friday night, while leaving to go home from his office, Jignesh had a sharp firing.
Already sitting ambush, the shooter fired several rounds at Jignesh Thakkar and Jignesh Thakkar died on the spot. After firing, the shooter escaped from the scene. The police team has been involved in the investigation and the shooters are being identified and searched by forming different teams. According to the police, the shooter can be from 2 to 3.
