Delhi : AAP govt deploys medical officers in hospital so that they don’t return patients
Four employees have been deployed in every hospital to assist the patients. This helpdesk will have two shifts of 12 hours each. Two officers will be posted in each shift.
There are constant reports from Delhi government hospitals that patients go for treatment and admissions of different diseases but they are facing problems in getting admitted. The Delhi government has now taken a decision to resolve this problem. The government has created a help desk for this.
Government employees have been deployed to help patients 24 hours at the help desk in all 28 hospitals under Delhi government. Four employees have been deployed in every hospital to assist the patients. This helpdesk will have two shifts of 12 hours each. Two officers have been deployed in each shift.
The Delhi government has issued orders in this regard. A list of officers posted at the help desk has also been released by the government. A constable will also be posted during the night shift in hospitals. According to the order issued by the government, the responsibility of monitoring the work of the help desk in hospitals will be the responsibility of the Deputy District Magistrate (SDM) of the concerned area.

Significantly, in Delhi, which is suffering from the corona epidemic, such complaints were constantly appearing that hospitals are not taking patients admitted. Recently, one patient died due to delay in treatment. Taking these complaints seriously, the Delhi government has taken this step. It will be the responsibility of the help desk to get patients arriving at the hospital without any trouble.
