FIR filed in Lucknow against Alka Lamba, for objectionable comment on Modi-Yogi
This FIR against Alka Lamba has been lodged by Uttar Pradesh State Child Rights Protection Commission member Preeti Verma. In her complaint, Preeti Verma has said that Alka Lamba had made a very derogatory tweet on her Twitter account on May 25 at 12.7 pm.
An FIR has been lodged against Hazratganj police station against Congress leader Alka Lamba in the case of objectionable remarks against PM Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Home Minister Amit Shah. This FIR against Alka Lamba has been lodged by Uttar Pradesh State Child Rights Protection Commission member Preeti Verma.
In her complaint, Preeti Verma has said that Alka Lamba had made a very derogatory tweet on her Twitter account on May 25 at 12.7 pm. The complaint states that Alka had uploaded a video in which derogatory words were used for PM Modi and CM Yogi. Along with this, in a second tweet, questions have also been raised on the High Court judge with misleading allegations, which comes under contempt of court.
According to the information, an FIR was registered against Alka Lamba on May 25 at 7 pm. A case has been registered against Alka Lamba under Section 504 of IPC, Section 505 (1) (b), 505 (2) and Section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008.
