Shramik special train reached Varanasi in place of Jaunpur, passengers created ruckus

Amidst the tragedy of Corona, the great exodus of workers and workers who went to earn livelihood in remote states continues. Workers’ special trains are being run by the government for the return of these workers. But some of these trains are also falling prey to lethality. Passengers allege that these trains are also being parked at various places for hours. Due to this, the workers traveling in it are suffering from severe heat and hunger and thirst.
Worried over the trains being stopped, the workers are now going on the rampage. On Friday, one such incident occurred between Varanasi and DDU Junction (Mughalsarai). When the train was stopped for hours, hundreds of workers boarded the railway track and made a ruckus.
Not only this, in the number of hundreds, the workers of Shramik Special train on the railway track also tried to stop the train coming on the other track. In fact, a special train had left for Jaunpur from Panvel in Maharashtra with hundreds of workers. Jaunpur was the train to go, but in the middle of the way this train was diverted towards Deendayal Junction instead of Jaunpur. After this the train reached Varanasi at Kashi station.

One, the passengers already in the train were angry before bringing the train to Deendayal Upadhyay Junction in place of Jaunpur. From above, the train stood for several hours between Varanasi and Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. With which the outrage of these passengers broke out at Vyas Nagar railway station. After which hundreds of passengers came down on the railway track and started committing uproar.
Commuters of the Shramik Special train coming from Panvel created another ruckus and stopped another Shramik Special train coming from behind. Seeing the commotion and outrage of the workers, the drivers of both trains left the train and left. Commuters created a ruckus here for almost two hours. On getting the information, the team of RPF and GRP also reached the spot and after somehow being persuaded, the train was sent forward. When this train reached Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, all these workers were sent to their home district by sitting in buses from there.
When the train reached Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, after landing here, these passengers interacted with Aaj Tak and told that the train was being brought to a halt all the way. For one, there was no hot heat and food and drink. Passengers told that they took a ticket from Jaunpur to Jaunpur. But the train was brought to Deendayal Upadhyay Junction instead of Jaunpur. From above the train was being stopped for hours at each station.

Bimlesh, who came from Shramik Special train, told Aaj Tak, “We took a ticket from Panvel to Jaunpur and due to a mistake, we first stopped us in Kashi. We talked to the administration and opened from there. Then Mughalsarai and Kashi We stopped there for 2 hours in between. So we stopped a train as well. After that there was a demand for food and lodging, then we have been brought here.
Govind Kumar who came from the same train said, “I am coming from Panvel and we had taken tickets for Jaunpur. When we came from there, we stopped the train for 7 hours in Kashi. All the people got off the train there too. Gone. It was said that it has come on the second route. If a train arrives now, it will leave from there. If it comes a little further than that, it stops there for 2 hours. So everybody got off the train and there was a ruckus. Let the train not run We were staying. The train was coming on the second track. Everyone stood on that track and the train was not running from there. We had to go to Jaunpur but we were brought here. “
