Kashipur uttarakhand : Police stopped the groom at border, called the bride and made them marry

Kashipur (Uttarakhand). Amid lockdown, Vikram and Neha’s wedding discussions at the check post took place on Sunday. Police took the bride to Kashipur in Uttarakhand and stopped her at the border. During the investigation, the district administration got permission from the groom’s side. But upon finding out, the bride’s side did not get any permission from the administration. On this, the police stopped Barat on the border and called the bride side there.

At the same time, the police summoned the bride and groom among five people and got them married. After this, the married woman went to her in-laws with her husband. Actually, Vikram Singh, resident of Mundapande police station, was married to Neha, a resident of village Barkheda Pandey. On Sunday, Vikram reached Kashipur with his sister to get married. The police stopped the groom and his sister at the Paiga outpost. On finding out, both of them got permission from their area, but when the police found out in Barkheda Pandey in Kashipur, no permission for marriage was found on the bride’s side.

On this, the police called the bride side on the border. Along with the bride, her mother Indravati, brother Rajkumar and cousin Dheeraj Kumar reached the check post. Here Pandit was also called from Mahuakheda Ganj. Pandit got married with the mantracharan near the tent. Social distancing was followed throughout the marriage. Only five people were present from both sides. After this, the married woman was sent off for her in-laws. The father of bride Neha Jagat Singh died 12 years ago.
