Chhapra : 9 people died due to lightning strikes in Bihar’s Chapra

Patna. Due to the change in the weather of Bihar, 9 people have died and about half a dozen people have been injured due to lightning strikes in Chapra. According to the information, some villagers had arrived in Diara area in the morning to measure the farming of Parwal. During this time, strong thunderstorms and rain started. Due to which, all the people gathered in a nearby hut.

It is being told that in the meantime, about 9 people have died after falling into a lightning hut, while more than half a dozen people are being injured in the accident. On getting information about the incident, Civil Surgeon Dr. Madheshwar Jha and Deputy Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Dr. Ram Iqbal Prasad reached the spot. Immediate treatment was started for the injured due to lightning. Sadar SDPO Ajay Kumar has also reached the spot as soon as he gets information about the incident.
