Facebook launches Messenger Kids app in more than 75 countries
Facebook has launched the Messenger Kids app to cater to children in more than 75 countries, including Brazil, India, Japan and New Zealand. With the help of this app, children will be able to stay connected with their friends and family members during lockdown. Its biggest feature is that special features have been included in this app for parents, so that they will be able to monitor every activity of children.
In this app, Facebook has added a Supervised Friending feature through which parents will be able to decide which contacts to add to their children’s friend list. Apart from this, parents will get information on the dashboard that who has sent their friend request to their children. It is expected that the company will also make this app available in other countries in the coming time.
