Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has given information about this by taking a press conference. Javadekar said that the cabinet has decided to implement the ordinance by changing it under the Pandemic Diseases Act 1897. Under this ordinance, the police must have made it mandatory to investigate the incident in 30 days, there will be a decision in a year. A provision of severe punishment has also been made in this ordinance.

In this ordinance brought by the government, a provision of punishment from 3 months to 5 years has been made. At the same time, a fine has been kept from 50 thousand to 2 lakh. On the other hand, in the case of serious attack, the government has made a provision of punishment of 6 months to 7 years. At the same time, the fine has been kept between 1 lakh and 5 lakh. Apart from this, in the event of damage to property, the government has also made a provision to impose double penalty of the loss. Union Minister Javadekar said that the central government has insured 50 lakhs for all health workers.
