If poor are not called in lockdown then why send bus for rich students of Kota: Nitish Kumar
Nitish Kumar has said in his statement that the Bihar government is trying to help them by coordinating with those state governments to provide relief to the trapped laborers, students, handlers and rickshaws in different parts of the country.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has appealed to the students and daily wage laborers of Bihar trapped in different parts of the country to follow the lockdown and those who remain where they are. Apparently, many students of Bihar are living in Kota of Rajasthan. They all prepare for medical and engineering there. But due to the lockdown, all educational institutions are closed and students are in a rush to come back to Bihar. Nitish Kumar has said this keeping these students in mind.
CM Nitish Kumar said, ‘Students studying in Kota come from a rich family. Most parents live with their children, then what is their problem. Those poor who are away from their families outside Bihar should also be called. It is unfair to call someone in the middle of a lockdown. Similarly, at the end of March, the lockdown was broken by sending workers from Delhi.
This statement of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is also important because the Uttar Pradesh government has sent more than 200 buses to Rajasthan. So that students of UP studying there can be brought back.
Apparently, most of the students studying medical and engineering in Kota come from a rich family. So they are not facing any crisis related to food or living. Whereas in many parts of the country, there are millions of laborers who are not getting bread for two times. But till now everyone has been held up due to lockdown.
