Shekhar Suman told how the transformation happened?

Speaking to The Times of India, Shekhar said, “I wanted to get fit. I decided to take care of my health and at the same time, I was coming up with a music album where I was opposite Bruna Abdullah. She is half my age. She was my actress and I needed to match her on screen. One day I just woke up and I said that I need my six pack abs, triceps and biceps I wanted to and I started doing workouts.

“I wanted to see if I could build fitness and maintain it.” I like to take challenges and I took it. Then I never looked back. I remember that when I started doing it, I was doing full strength workouts. I followed the strict diet. I started going to the gym. There were many Bollywood people who used to come there. Saif Ali Khan, Ajay Devgan also used to visit the same gym.

Shekhar further said- My transformation surprised everyone. He said, “Everyone praised me when I made my body. I got a call from Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan. I am happy that I have inspired many people and people have also inspired me. Good thing Is that I have never used steroids. ”
