Lockdown / trains will move according to the stage ; will not stop at the district with even single infected case, the coach will not have a middle berth book.
The 21-day lockdown in the country is completing two weeks today. Meanwhile, there has been a churn in the government on ways to get out of lockdown. However, it is not yet clear whether the lockdown will end after April 14 or move forward. The government prepares to provide relief to the people as well as protect them from the danger of infection whenever it is over. A draft plan proposes to break down the states by dividing the states into four parts. According to this, in a district where there will be no patient, people will be allowed to move inside the district with certain conditions. In some districts, rail and bus as well as air services can start. If the railway service starts, the train’s middle berth will not be booked. In most districts, schools, colleges, parks, cinemas, commercial and private establishments will remain closed. Trains will not stop in those districts where there will be a single corona infected patient.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Medi has instructed all ministers to make plans on a war footing to minimize the economic impact of Karenavirus. He said that this crisis has brought us an opportunity to promote ‘Make in India’ and reduce dependence on other countries. He took a cabinet meeting through video conferencing.
Middle berth book will not be available in the train, thermal scanning will be done
Apart from rail, bus and air passengers, different precautions have been given for those working here. Thermal scanning will be necessary at the court, courier service, railway station. The train will not have a middle berth book. Platform tickets are suggested to be expensive. TTE will check with an infrared thermometer. There is also a suggestion to provide masks and sanitizer pouches to passengers in the train. The airport will have a separate line for boarding passes for the elderly, pregnant and children. Passengers will not be allowed into the airport three hours before the time of the flight.

According to the stage, the lockdown will be finished
Stage 4: Necessary facilities will run, people above 65 will not leave the house and
will not be able to go to another state. Unreserved tickets will not be available on the train. Bus trains will have one-third less tickets than capacity. In the district where there will be no case, the industry will start there. But, the workers will be from the same district. Transport will be closed in cities where there will be cases. All religious places, educational institutions etc. will remain closed.
Stage 3 : Travel will be done by domestic airlines, but will
not be able to travel to other states not in the infected district . Domestic aircraft will run. Traffic will be closed in the district where the patient will be. Will be able to move to other districts. In districts where there will be no patient, non-essential goods can also be moved. Stage-4 and Stage-3 will have almost identical restrictions.
Stage-2 : School-colleges will remain closed, shopping mall and cinemas will be opened in
other states by rail and road. However, it will be seen that the cities of Stage-3 and Stage-4 do not come in between. From the plane, you will be able to go to the lower stage. Will be able to go only where there has not been a single case since 28 days. Workers will be able to work in the industry from any part of the state.
Stage-1 : School-colleges will start, but there will not be more than 50 students in the room, it will
be allowed to go from one state to another by rail or road. Stage-3 and Stage-4 will not be able to go into the city. The train will not stop in those districts where the patient will be. Districts, where the patient would not have come in 28 days, will be allowed to go there. Religious places will be opened.
