Also, the Chief Minister asked to avoid ‘petty politics’ in this hour of crisis. Amit Malviya, the head of the BJP IT cell, had accused the West Bengal government of hiding data related to the corona virus in a tweet. Only then has Banerjee’s statement come. However, the Chief Minister did not name the BJP or Malaviya.

Banerjee also announced the formation of a policy-making body ‘Global Advisory Board’ under the aegis of Kovid-19. This organization will help the state government in formulating a policy to end this epidemic in Bengal. Nobel laureate Abhijeet Banerjee will be a member of the board. Mamta said in the press talk, ‘IT party of one party is using fake news to defame the health department of West Bengal. Our doctors and health workers are doing better work to deal with the disease. This is not the time for petty politics. We never paid attention to the shortcomings of the central government in dealing with the crisis. 

He said, ‘They will be willing to do politics by playing utensils and bursting firecrackers, but we are not.’ Currently 61 cases of Kovid-19 have been registered in West Bengal.

Let us know that according to the data released by the Ministry of Health on Monday evening, the number of patients infected with coronavirus has reached 4281, while 111 people have died due to this dangerous virus so far. Apart from this, 319 people have been cured of this virus infection. Talk about the last 24 hours, during this time 28 people have died and 704 new cases have been reported. In view of the increasing case of coronavirus, the lockdown continues for 21 days in the country, which will last till April 14.
