Tips to reduce bags under the eyes

Inflammation under the eyes may occur due to a health problem or external environment. Since the skin around the eyes is sensitive and delicate, the swelling under the eyes becomes very quick. Apart from this, due to any kind of allergy, there is swelling under the eyes. However, this problem can be corrected with the help of home remedies for inflammation under the eyes.

Cold compress – Cold compress may help reduce swelling. Take a clean cloth and soak it in cold water and squeeze it. Apply this cloth on the affected area for a few minutes. You also have to make light pressure while compressing.

Cucumber –  Cucumber pieces can also help in relieving puffy eyes and reduce swelling. Remove the cooled cucumber from the refrigerator and peel and wash it. Now cut two slices. Apply these slices of cucumber on the eyes until the coolness of the cucumber is gone.

Tea bags – Most of the varietals of black tea contain caffeine, and it has been proven that caffeine helps in eliminating puffiness and increasing blood circulation. Take two tea bags and keep them in the fridge for 20 minutes. Now keep these tea bags on the eyes for 15 to 30 seconds.

Egg  Keep in a bowl to remove just the white part of two eggs. Beat the eggs well. Add two to four drops of hazel witch to it. Apply this mixture around the eyes with the help of a soft cloth or cotton. Use this tip until you get rest.

Potato-  Wash and dry a potato. Now put potatoes in a clean cloth after grinding. Tie the potato tightly in this cloth and keep the cloth on the eyes for a few minutes. As long as the swelling of the eyes does not reduce, keep using this recipe.

Cold water-   Many problems of the eyes are overcome by putting cold water on the eyes. You can also use ice instead. You can also compress the eyes by putting a few pieces of ice inside the cloth.

Aloe vera – Aloe  vera is cold and contains antioxidants and vitamins. Aloe vera increases blood circulation and reduces fluid around the eyes. This reduces swelling of the eyes. Aloe vera gel should not go inside the eyes.
