Kashi/ Lord Shiva was masked in awe Coronavirus, told people – do not touch the idol and worship

Varanasi. After the coronavirus cases in the country, where people are being advised to take all precautionary measures, in a temple in Varanasi, the priest has worn a mask to Lord Shiva. People have been appealed not to touch (touch) them.

Krishna Anand Pandey, the priest of the Pahladeshwar Mahadev temple here said that coronavirus is spreading all over the country. To make people aware, we have worn masks to Lord Shiva. It is just like in the summer we put AC in the temple and in winter we give clothes to God. He said that we have appealed people not to touch the idol of Shiva. If many people touch this statue then the chances of spreading the virus will increase. Many people can be seen worshiping in the temple wearing masks.

Infection was found in two persons from Pune who returned from Dubai


As of Monday, a total of 47 cases of infection with coronavirus have been reported in the country. The infection was found in two persons from Pune who returned from Dubai late at night. Both have been admitted to Naidu Hospital in Pune. Earlier, a youth returned from the US was found infected in Karnataka and a youth returned from Italy in Punjab. 52 labs have been set up across the country to check for infection. The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) along with the Department of Health and Research has created these labs.

According to ICMR, Virus Research and Diagnostic Lab (VRD) is collecting samples at different places in the country, including Lady Hardinge Medical College in Delhi. As of 6 March, 4,058 samples of 3,404 people have been investigated. These include 1,308 samples of 654 people brought from Wuhan city of China.
